Went great- he was even able to work with u s on scheduling, which I really appreciated. He found a few issues with our sprinklers since they hadn't been on in about two years, however gave us a very reasonable quote to fix them. We have scheduled that service with H2O. My husband was also very pleased with our appointment. He was on time, helpful, and everything exactly as i should . I highly recommend H2O without reservation.

I was scheduled with H2O but they cancelled due to rain and wanted to reschedule for 2 weeks later. In the meantime, without my knowledge, the company that installed my irrigation system performed the backflow test and billed me so I have no need for H2O's service

We just moved into a house that has an irrigation system so this is all new for us. The guys from H2O came, opened the system up, showed me where the sprinkling zones are and showed me how to program my system. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Great service. Very personable and easy to talk with. Answered all my questions. Definitely well worth what I paid and is much more affordable than previous service provided I have used.

Shut-down went well. Start-up services are scheduled. An invoice was sent for continued services. One extra service was added but instructions were provided for removing that service.

They were good. They were prompt and came when they said they would. They took care of the sprinklers. They gave a couple of recommendations with regards to things that I can do and did not pressurize me.

My wife and I bought our new home in April and that home came with an Irrigation System. We had ZERO clue on how to properly operate and maintain our system. The previous owners of our home were wonderful in the fact that they left us an incredible binder that had manual and maintenance history of all items within the house. I found the section that had the company that had installed our irrigation system and contacted them by phone and eMail....3 Times!!! No response. I naturally headed to Angie's List to find another provider. I chose H2O because of the coupon deal they offered to not only close down our irrigation system for the winter but open it up again in the Spring. After purchasing the coupon, I was contacted by H20 within 24 hours and had an appointment scheduled that week. H20 not only took the time to shut down my irrigation system for the winter, but took the time to explain quite a few things about my irrigation system that I previously had no idea about. I was very happy with the service and have added H2O into my home maintenance "bible" to service my system.

They performed the winterization process on our inground irrigation system. The service was scheduled for the last week in October as I had wanted, but there was an unexpected cold spell before that date that could have put our system at risk. They called to let us know to put a protective barrier around the outdoor above ground piping as a precaution. I thought that was above the regular service since we had not actually been a customer of theirs yet. The man who came to do the work was quick and professional. We will definitely go with them for our future irrigation system maintenance.

Damon from H20 did fantastic work at my property. He was always on time and was willing to fill me in on the exact work he was completing. I highly recommend H20 for irrigation services and will be using them next year as well.

Mix up on timing by the vendor and user. But conversation went south when the owner suggested that I would have to pay for the rental of the equip.

They had to reschedule a few times, but kept us informed and recommended what to do in case of a frost before they could make it.

Had to reschedule one time due to equipment problems. Service was performed professionally on the rescheduled date. I plan to use them again in the spring. Very pleased with the big deal I purchased.

Company was great! Called the day before to say they would be out the following morning. Arrived promptly and very courteous and professional. So glad that they ran the special and will use them in the future to repair and winterize.

They came out and winterized my irrigation system. He called me one evening a week before to let me know it was going to be below freezing that night and to place a trash can or some towels over the antisiphon assembly. Definitely cares about his customers.

Turned off lawn sprinkler system and blew out the pipes for the winter.

The service was good. They were really wonderful people and they were aggressive about taking care of me. They even called me once because it was going to get really cold and they said that I should cover the setup with a blanket just to make sure there was no freezing, because it breaks pipes. I just thought they were very thoughtful and unobtrusive. They sort of slipped in in the night and fixed it and got it all ready. They were just wonderful. I got a quote for the spring setting it up to go again. It was a good deal. I've got no criticisms at all. They were personable and just really there to do the job.
