Here's very knowledgeable, and it shows. I really appreciated Damon taking his time to explain how my system works, which was something the people that installed it didn't even tell me! I'm very happy with his work, and I'd recommend him to anybody.

Damon who is the owner and person that provided the service was a rockstar. Long story short Damon didn't have the correct tool for the very unique turn on/off valve that my house had. So the first visit Damon took the time to exhaust all options with me. We sat outside for 1.5 hours trying to figure it out. Damon took the time to call the company that put in the system to determine what exact valve was used because we couldn't see the valve due to it being so deep into the ground and covered with about 5 inches of water. Once he determined the valve type he called his supply vendor right away to order the part he needed. He came back out the following week and was able to open the system no problem. It was nice to see him go above and beyond and purchase a tool that he had never used or needed in his long career just for my house.

Damen was fantastic! We just moved in to a home with an existing sprinkler system that needed to be opened up. Damen was running late but called well in advance to let me know. He inspected the system (which was in poor shape) and walked me around the property showing me everything that was broken. He provided me with an estimate complete with photos for everything that needed to be done. He was courteous, professional and did a great job. I definitely recommend him. He also recommended a lawn service company which I will use.

We were happy with their service. I didn't have any problems with them. They were fast. It took 2 or 3 hours to make it work.

It was good. I didn't spend anything else. He was very professional.

This was an angie's list special. We tried them because the special would have saved us about $50 for spring/fall irrigation service. It turns out H2O is more expensive and just not as good as who we have used in the past. When Damon turned on the irrigation system in the Spring, he did NOT perform do an assessment of the whether the sprinkler heads required adjusting as many of them did. I was outside when they turned the system on and pointed out that some of the sprinkler heads were watering the drive and street. He made some remark that the springs were worn out and adjusting would not do any good because they would go right back to where they are now. He did flag the ones I asked about and said he would send an estimate to REPLACE those sprinkler heads. He also said we needed a new backflow device. My previous irrigation service checked the sprinkler heads and made adjustments as part of the process of turning on the system. If they found a bad sprinkler head, they charged a nominal amount to replace it ($5 - 10). H2O, however, does not make repairs on the first visit AND they charge extra for installation (about $35 per head). I was also concerned whether our backflow device really needed to be replaced. It became apparent to me that H2O charges a low amount to enable the sprinklers in the spring and winterize in the fall, but makes up for it by charging high labor costs for repairs. The other issue I had with Damon was his lack of responsiveness to my questions. I would send him a message asking 3 - 4 questions. He would respond answering just one of my questions requiring me to send several messages to get all my questions answered. It was like pulling teeth. I will not use his service again.

They are very good. I have already paid for the spring and winter time. So, they did not charge me anything. They come in the spring time and in the winter time.

Great service and he was very profressional. I didn't realize my irrigation is pumped out of the lake thus there wasn't a place to hook up. After we realized that we allowed me to use the service call for spring.

I called Damon on a Sunday because I had a pipe which burst the night prior. I had already turned off the main water supply to my home. Damon listened to me explain what had happened and advised that he could come out to look, but wouldn't be able to fix my pipe until the temperature could get up to 40 degrees. Instead of charging a service fee to come to my home on a Sunday, Damon stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the process of finding my irrigation water shut off so I could get the main water supply back on to the rest of my home. I texted him pictures of my piping system in the basement and he was able to tell me exactly which lever to turn off. This process took a lot of time and he was very patient with me. I can't say enough about Damon and his integrity. Would definitely hire for services without hesitation.

It was costly. They should improve the price and responsive to my inquiries.

He couldn't connect to it. Never followed up. So the job never got done.

Everything was excellent. They came out and did what had to be done.

They never did the service. I received a message from them asking for some personal information, email, phone, etc., and they set me up in their system. I called to ask when I would be scheduled to winterize my irrigation system and was told I would get an email with my date in the coming days. A couple weeks passed and I never heard from then again. I asked for a refund from Angie's List for the deal.

Hope they come to work this Autumn.

We had no problems with their service. The cost for the job seemed to be reasonable. Everything worked out fine.

They are doing a fine job. We’ve had a lot of rain so the workers haven’t had a lot of time to do the work. They did come and checked a few things. They do have to come back to finish. The price is reasonable for the work that they have to do.

They were great to work with.

The shut down went well. The representative was on time, friendly, and the cost was reasonable. However, this spring has not gone as well. I had not yet decided to use them, however they showed up at my door. I wanted to do some price checking. They were charging $80 for the start up, which included checking the back flow valve. I told them that I needed more time and would call them if I wanted to proceed. About two weeks later, I received an email stating that they would be out on a particular date, on a Sunday. I had not contacted them to tell them that I would like to have them come out, so I was surprised to receive the email. I decided to go ahead and use them and sent an email to let them know that while I wanted them to come out, I would prefer that they not come on Sunday as it is my sabbath. I gave them days and times that I was available. I received an email back that they would reschedule. Two to three weeks went by and they sent me another email stating that they would be out, again on a Sunday. I decided to let it go and have them come out as it was getting late in the season. We were home during the time they said they would be there, but we never saw them. I sent an email asking them if they came or needed to reschedule again. I did not get a response. After a week, I sent them an email asking if they were going to respond. I received an email that I would get a call within 24 hours. I then get an email stating that the phone number on file was incorrect so I immediately emailed them the correct phone number. No call. A few days later I received a bid from them to replace my back flow valve for $185. I again emailed them and asked if they had even come out to the property. Another week has gone by and still no reply.

Provider never called back after two messages. Service date was never set up because they never returned the call from us.

As expected. He walk thru all the zones, check/adjusted the nozzles. Made recommendations and set run times and duration.

I purchased Angie's List Big Deal from H2O for a "Premium Irrigation Service Package" for $195 , which included start-up, mid-season and closing. Also included back-flow test and report. I was contacted by email with in a couple of days and an appointment was set up. Damon Archer showed up on time and work efficiently and professionally. It was discovered on start-up that 3 spray heads were damaged. He gave me a quote and then sent an official proposal thru email. I accepted the proposal and another date was scheduled for that repair. Again Damon showed up on time and got the work done. I then inquired about a rain gauge so our system would not run when we have so much rain. We had one at one time but it has not worked for a long time because the wires had been cut. He informed me that a wireless one was available so I approved of that. Again I received an official proposal in an email which I have accepted. Now just waiting on the installation schedule. I like that H2O has a user friendly website with a secure client portal. You can pay with a credit card thru this website which is convenient. And you can see all your other transactions So far, I would definitely recommend this company.

It was a straight forward process and went well. No issues.

I contacted H20 thru Angies list coupon. My initial contact Mr. Archer answered his phone. (One man show). I think he is Overwhelmed. He is a one man show. When he answered,he ask me,after I hung up, to text my addresses and Information and he would put it in a portal system. (Which is a disaster). So, I did as he ask. I did get an email with a day to Set my own account up in his system. I did. I waited a week and never heard back. I called Mr. Archer and left a message. He did call back promptly. He said there were having issues with his portal system. He said he would get me on the schedule within the Week. I did receive an email from the portal that I was going to receive service on Wed. During the day. I rearranged my work Schedule for the week. The next morning I received another email saying the Portal system made a mistake and they where not Coming until Friday.? Ok, I am still ok at this point. I rearranged my schedule again for the 2nd time within a week. The email States that they would be there between 1:15-2:00. I called Mr. Archer at 1:30 he said at that time I was still on the schedule and he was running a little behind. I was still ok. He said he would be there around 2:30. I said ok. I told him I had an appointment at 4:00 and Would have to leave at 3:30.. He called me at 3:00 and said his GPS said he was 35 minutes away. I told him to forget it at this point. I was working way too hard at trying to get my irrigation system turned on . There is no doubt he is cheap. My daddy always told me cheap is not always good. There is NO free lunch. This is a perfect example of a guy trying to run a business's by himself without any office help. His Angies list coupon has him spread him to thin. I do believe he is A nice person. He was always very nice. I guess if your retired and stay at home every day and do not have a schedule and can Possibly get rescheduled 3 times that's ok. Not for me.
