Description of Work: They were to turn on my irrigation system, however said they could not find the valve box in my yard and so left without turning it on. The yard is small and the box is visible. They never agreed to come back.I had prepaid for the service.

Description of Work: The price for opening and checking our irrigation system was fair and work went well. But they were slow in responding to our request to set a date. Also, despite several requests, we never received a copy of the back flow test (which we had regularly received from previous irrigation companies.) Perhaps they were overwhelmed by the spring opening season and were not able to handle the influx of business?

Description of Work: Damon came out to start up our sprinkler system for the season. We just purchased the home, and we've never had an irrigation system before. Because the house had been vacant for some time while on the market, the system needed some additional repairs before startup. He was not able to complete them that day but came back pretty quickly and got everything up and running. He happened to come back the same day we were having a fence installed and was nice enough to help the fence installers determine approximately where the lines ran through the yard (even though he didn't originally install them). He also gave us great instruction on using the system. We were very happy with the service and price and will continue to use H2O Inc. in the future!
