Workers arrived on time and quickly went to work, consulting with me throughout regarding what I wanted to keep and what I wanted to throw out. Very polite and efficient. Hard-working.

GARAGE CLEANING DEAL $149. Two guys Removed stuff from garage floor except did not move 1 shelf unit. Hosed garage floor and poured some degreaser on floor and swept. Blew out garage, but cobwebs and dirt remain. Floor of garage is old but it still looks the same with dirt and multiple kinds of stains. They worked 45 minutes and did not re-organize anything. A big ripoff. They did not clean the door to garage. Final results were only slightly noticeable. Also had scheduling confusion since apparently Harry & Matt did not communicate or keep each other informed of changed dates. On my first scheduled time they did not show at all.

I was given an arrival time of 9-10am. When no one showed by 10:15 I called and asked if they were still coming, I was assured that they were. At 10:45 I received a call from the employee (Andrea) that was to clean my house that she was about 30 minutes out. Andrea finally arrived at 11:15 with no explanation as to why she was over 75 minutes later than the very end of the time frame they had given me. She apologized for her tardiness, but that meant little as I had driven an hour to meet her at the house and then waited 2.25 hours for her arrival. Overall Andrea was brusque with me, and rude when I was trying to clarify where a bathroom was and she informed me she was talking to Wayne (whom I was never told was a part of the cleaning crew for my house) and not me. When the cleaning was finished and I returned to the home, Andrea rushed me through, pointing out what I know now are the areas that they actually cleaned, not those that they failed to, which I found after they were paid and gone. As I was writing the check for the agreed upon amount, Andrea informed me that they are happy to accept tips, and Wayne agreed emphatically, stating that his boss only paid them "$15 for this whole job." I never imagined that I would be solicited for tips by a company so highly rated on Angie's List, by employees who had the gall to show up over an hour late for the services to be performed. The next day, when I returned to finish things in the house before putting it on the market, I realized that all of the baseboards and walls were still covered in dust. I then checked the bathroom sink spouts and guest bath shower head, all of which are caked in hard water stains and looked as though they have not been touched. These were areas I didn't go to look at specifically the day of the cleaning because Andrea was busy showing me the bottom of the tub, inside the fridge and oven, where she had actually cleaned. While some areas of the house were nicely cleaned, my overall experience with H&M was a poor one.

They cleaned 10 windows for me, including the sills. Two ladies showed up and got everything done quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and did things to the windows that I didn't know could be done!

They were very good. They responded to my phone calls well and I was pleased with the job they did.

Visit originally scheduled for April 29. H&M rep. called to say they could not work us in that day. Offered to reschedule and clean two additional windows for the inconvenience. A new date was set for May 2. May 2 came and went with no show and no call. I called the office and got an apology ( office person - manager, owner?) was not aware of the no show. New date set for May 4. Crew arrived on time and began work. Inside cleaner had no idea how the windows worked for cleaning, so I showed him how they tipped in for cleaning the outside and inside surfaces. I removed most of the mullions for ease of cleaning. The inside person proceeded, but needed lots of help with positioning the window panes for cleaning. The outside person finished his job and came inside to facilitate the job. He started to clean inside our sun room, as discussed. The windows had shelves below them, holding some of our antique pharmacy glassware. I offered to remove the glassware so he could have an easier time of it. He declined my offer and told me he would just move things as he went along. Next thing we heard was a crash and the guy cussing himself. One of our apothecary bottles had fallen and broken on the floor. The outside guy had tracked in dirt on the carpets. He finished the sun room windows and went upstairs to help the inside guy. Both of them came down stairs and told me the job was done and walked out the front door. I guessed they were putting equipment and supplies in their vehicle, and waited for them to come back to the door for either a walk-through or a signature by me that the job was satisfactory. The next sound we heard was the vehicle driving away. I went upstairs to check things. Some windows were shut. Some were wide open without screens reinstalled! Most sets of mullions were not replaced. Some of the just-cleaned window glass was streaked. I found water puddles on some of the inside sash ledges. Dirty paper towels were left by the windows. All in all, just a bad clean up. Obviously, if we had not checked, the upstairs windows would have remained wide open for quite some time. I don't feel the job we received is up to Angie's List standards at all. This is the first unsatisfactory report I have ever filed, and we go back to the Unified Neighbors era that predated Angie.

Two young, personable, energetic and efficient young men arrived on time, performed the above tasks in my 3 car garage, leaving it sparkling and neat. I should mention that there were approximately 28 years of accumulated dust and webs! And they even tolerated my "helping." I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Owner was teriffic employees were the same. Very pleased with their quality of work, great price too!

Three guys showed up with paper towels and aerosol window cleaner. They parked on the next block which seemed odd since there were parking spots open right in front of my house. They began cleaning the lower portion of the outside of the windows. I asked them if they had a ladder they said no. I asked how they planned on cleaning the upper portion of the same windows. They asked me if my windows open? I just stared blankly. They then said don't they pop out? I said they are double hung if that is what you are asking. The guy then said we will have to come in and clean them. One guy came in and wanted me to move stuff from in front of the window. I found this frustrating as I called this morning and asked if I needed to do anything in preparation for the window cleaning and was told no. They were late, unprepared and unprofessional. No one that cleans windows arrives with aerosol cans and paper towels and begins cleaning at the bottom of the window. When I contacted Harry the owner he said he has NEVER had a problem or complaint. I find this hard to imagine. If you are thinking of having this service clean your windows save your time and grab the paper towels.

terrible service. none of our rugs were swept, mirrors were dirty, dust on shelves, kitchen was not moped and they put a gash in our wall.

He was on time and did a fair job cleaning the windows, however, I expected a more professional appearance of the person from H & M. He was not well presented at all and was missing his front teeth. He did clean my patio doors and storm door, which I appreciated and told him so.

Not only was the owner Harry professional and responsive in scheduling the appointment, Andria and Wayne were AWESOME! They did a great job cleaning and they were a pleasure to be around. Professional and friendly - I actually felt like I was standing around watching my friends clean :=)) You can bet if I need cleaning services again in the future, this company and specifically Andria and Wayne will be my "go to".

The team arrived promptly and were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They worked quickly and my garage was clean in under an hour. Everything was returned to the garage and they willingly moved a couple of things that needed to be in a different place. Quite a good experience. So nice to have a clean garage. Will definitely use them again. Note: The category defaulted to House Cleaning and I cannot change it. I think a Garage Cleaning category would be more accurate.

She was late and wasn't sure of my address. I had to call the company because nobody came at the time it was scheduled. She was fast....didn't take her the whole 3 hours. The thoroughness was not the best.

Two man crew Cleaned and organized garage. Paid $40 extra on top of big deal coupon to haul away old paint cans, etc. Worked efficiently and would definitely use again. I had to reschedule an appointment and they were very accommodating.

Turned out really well. I thought I was going to have to paint the house but now I am good for at least another year or two. So glad I had it down and Matt did a really nice job.

They were punctual. I explained what I wanted and they did exactly that. Garage was very clean and organized shelves. I asked them to come back to do similar work in the basement. They did and brought shelves too to complete the organization.

Came in ready to work and did everything that was asked to do.
