They did not do the work they were paid to do. I bought a coupon and prepaid for a garage cleaning and scheduled with the owner for his crew to come out the next week to clean my garage. That morning, I started cleaning after 1/2 hour after the appointment time, I called the office because no one showed up. I spoke to the owner who said he had written the wrong street name down for me. I said, they could have called and I would have given them the address again instead of being a now show. Matt the owner aid he’s call me right back and send someone over. 5 hours later a crew member said he could come over. It’s obvious they forgot about my appointment but lied to me instead. I called 6 times and left messages to try to reschedule but no one returned my messages. No refund issued either by this company. I believe this company uses sites like Angie’s List, Groupon, and Living Social to get customers to prepay for services they have no intention of doing. This is called fraud so I do not recommend anyone let this company steal your money.

Perfect , emptied all boxes and tools swept and blew out garage floor. Helped to reorganize and returned all to garage in less than 2 hours. Would have taken me 2 days

They were on time and extremely accommodating. Took everything off shelves, dusted, reorganized them, washed the floors,etc. They were a pleasure to work with.

After submitting payment as well as three suggested work dates to this company through Angie's List, I have not been contacted by anyone. I then called H & M Cleaning Solutions three times, but to no avail. I am left to wonder if they are still in business. Thus, I have had no choice but to make a claim against them. Presently, I am awaiting a response from the Angie's List team as to how to proceed.

I called several times to schedule pick. They never showed up.

Very good. They came a day early to avoid rain and got the job done efficiently. Cost of cleaning was $134 and cost of hauling was $100.

I received no response from company, called twice and left messages still no response. After waiting 10 days I canceled the contract.

I gave three potential dates and times for the garage cleaning when I purchased the garage cleaning online. The company never responded or followed up. I eventually called to schedule. There is nobody at the phone number provided to take your call. Instead, there is a recorded message, "Thank you for calling, to speak to a representative, please press '0'." After pressing '0,' you have the option to leave a voice mail. There is no customer representative to answer the phone. After leaving multiple voice mails, I called today, and the voice mail box is full. This is a company that 1) uses Angie's List, 2) provides an offer which allows you to schedule a preferred date for service, 3) does not answer the telephone. Obviously, if a service was ever provided, I would not be able to follow up if something was wrong or there was any other problem.

Good if and when they assign the right crew

See above. The employee (who had been here the previous year) worked as hard as he could. It was too big a job for 1 person. He tried to get back-up, but there were no additional workers available.

Went well. Very polite and helpful. Did anything asked of him. Had many things to pull out and put back. Had to contact company, but good response after contact g them. Garage looks 100% better now.

Everything went well. They showed up, got everything I wanted cleared out in a timely manner.

employee was very hard working and courteous, but was tasked with using a mini-van to do the job-which was not appropriate for this particular job.

The window cleaning went very well. The gentleman was on time and completed the windows in a very short time. I would hire again.

Blew dust on to items that were moved to the driveway. Dirt and other debris remained on the floor. Finished the total job a little under 60 minutes (time includes moving items in and out of garage).

It was great. My garage has never been so clean. They washed the floor, dried it and moved stuff out and back in. They even hauled off a few things.
