Ok only problem I have is the coupon said pickup truck amount and they came in a van and charged me another 15.00 because they had to make another trip.

I bought the package online and gave three dates as requested that would work for me. I never heard back from anyone and finally called them. At that time we set up a date and time for them to arrive. They were very prompt on the designated day and did a good job of cleaning the windows. The crew of three was very pleasant to work with. The only problem was the front bay window has two side screens which were put back on the wrong windows and one was even on backwards, meaning the outside of the screen was in and the tabs to hold the screen in were on the outside of the screen so anyone could easily remove the screen at anytime. I switched the screens to where they should have been in the first place since it was something I could do. Aside from the two errors that could have been done better, to set up a date for service and screens placed on the wrong windows and one backwards I am very pleased with the service and will hire them again.

Garage still has cob webs, lots of dust, dirty door and window was not wiped off Scheduling was poor. I put in dates when I purchased big deal. Did not hear back for more than 2 weeks, had to contact them. Evening after work done I sent e mail to Matt whose card was left at my house letting him know I was disappointed with cleaning and 3 days later, I still have not gotten response. Price would have been fine if work was good.

Two men arrived early and did an excellent job

I purchased an Angie's list deal with H & M to perform window cleaning on 8/26/16 and entered my date/time preferences along with my contact information to schedule this service. No one scheduled this so I called on 9/14/16 and was worked in that day. The gentleman from H & M showed up on time and was very nice/personable. Said the first thing he would do is remove the screens from my windows.....he had trouble doing this so asked me for pliers which I provided to him. He got the screens off and began cleaning the windows with glass cleaner and paper towels. He then mentioned some paint that was on one window and asked if I had a razor blade he could use to remove the paint. I, again, provided equipment to him in the form of a razor blade in a handle. He went on his way as I looked at some of the windows he had cleaned and replaced the screens. I noticed some not so clean places on a couple windows, pointed this out to him and he gladly went back to address them. Then I noticed scratches on the window he mentioned having paint so I asked him if the razor blade I gave him scratched the window. He replied, "No, I used a brillo pad to clean that window".....ugh....a brillo pad to clean glass! I told him I didn't think that was a good idea and asked that he not do that again. He finished and told me he was unable to clean the top part of two outside windows because it was too windy for him to be on the ladder. I guess this is a matter of your comfort level, I didn't think it was that windy, but I also don't like being up on a ladder....that's why I hired someone to clean my windows! He left and I called the person who schedule this service and told him about the scratches on my window and the lack of cleaning the two outside windows. This person told me that their service person would not have a brillo pad to clean windows and didn't seem too concerned that I now have a scratched window. I told him that I took a picture of said brillo pad as proof but the guy left it in my house...so I have it! Bottom line, he offered nothing to resolve the scratched window and said he would send the guy back when it wasn't windy to clean the other 2 windows. He did say something about coming out to see the scratched window but that hasn't happened.

not well. I was scheduled for window washing on 9/20. No one called or showed up. When I called and complained about waiting all day, Matt offered a $25 gift card and rescheduled me for 9/28 at noon. Once again no one showed up; no one called. On 9/29 I received a phone message about power washing my house. I sent this email message to them I received your phone message today. 1. I tried to call back but your message box is full 2. I was not scheduled for power washing my home today. 3. I was scheduled for window washing yesterday at noon. 4. This was a reschedule because your team did not show up nor call the first time I was scheduled 5. Once again no one called nor showed up yesterday 6. I have now spent 2 days waiting for your team. I am sorry to have to report this back to Angie's List and ask for a refund. It is unfortunate since the one time I have had your team here they did an excellent job. However, they were 3 hours late that time.

It didn't work out. They weren't very specific in what they expect when they come out. Communication was poor. I don't remember how many times I had to call over and over. Their phone wasn't working or their phone line was busy and I don't think it was a great experience. I wouldn't recommend them. I would recommend that they be more specific in what they do and as far as the cleaning what they expect when they come out make it more specific in their description as to what conditions they request or what conditions they need in order to come out and clean. They need to be more specific in their ads or their specials that the garage be basically empty so that they can just go in and vacuum wash or whatever. They need to have a phone line that's attended to or they get back to their calls in days or a week or more.

MJ and Andre arrived on time. They are two polite young men who listened to my concerns. Within 50 minutes they cleaned the cobwebs out, washed the garage floor and had it all put back together in a concise manner. You can not go wrong using their services.

They are totally unresponsive. Angie's list gave a place to put down three dates and times, which I did. I was told they would contact me to establish a date and time. They never called. I called them and left a message, no response even though they said the would call right back. I tried calling again and again do response.

A little confusion on the scheduling at first but we were amazed at how clean he was able to get the carpet, considering the condition.

?Everything went very well. I initially purchased a $99 deal, but needed three more loads to dispose of. The men were very efficient and the project went well.

OK. 10 windows with this organization are fewer panes than with the first service I tried and I will go back to them next time. Mike was prompt (actually early because he was assigned the job, but not told when the appointment was for! - bad organisation by H & M on that count). He did windows in the common areas of the house outside, but not the sills as I had expected, and in - here I had to tell him that cleaning the sills was part of the deal. For the next two days I was picking up wads and pieces of the paper toweling used to clean the windows both inside and out. The windows were clean, however, and all the nick-knacks that had been on them were dusted by me before I put them back so the place looked good when guests arrived on the weekend.

They ran late, but did call and let me know which I really appreciated. They were very nice, but seemed unprepared. They did not have all supplies needed to do a good job. Sweeper did not work well, which I failed to notice until after they had left. The younger person did not do a complete job in any rooms she cleaned. Area behind a bathroom door was not swept or mopped, top of toilet was not wiped off, etc..

Great! Michael Jackson was, prompt, courteous, and professional. Our windows look great.

Everything went well. The office contacted me promptly to schedule and Mike, who did the work, showed up on time (actually a little early). He was very careful and did a meticulous job. I do recommend taking down all blinds inside the house if interior panes are washed.

Not well. On the day they came it was storming. I had tried to cancel and couldn't get anyone on the line. They only sent one person and were to send two. It was poring down rain by the time the guy emptied the garage. I had told him to clean 1/2 and store my things on one side and then clean the other half. He didn't do that. All my cardboard boxes were ruined. I had a bunch of my things in plastic bins. Water had leaked into the bins. Some of the bins had 6 inches of water and the guy just put them back in the garage with the water in them. He put my wood outside some of it flooring and framing wood. It was so wet it couldn't be bought back in. It rained most of the week after that so my wood is warped. I spent the rest of my day emptying water and cleaning up after it was suppose to be cleaned and organized. The manager called later that day apologized and promised to send someone out two days later to help clean up. This never happened.

The windows from the dining room on back were not cleaned. However, not the fault of H & M. I asked my husband earlier that day to have them clean all of the windows and we would pay the difference. Apparently, there was miscommunication between him and their employees. I would like to have them back out and manage the job. They will be contacted again. And yes, I would use them again. The windows that were cleaned look great.

They did a pretty good job. on further inspection I did see that they missed some spots but all and all it was pretty good job.

I had to make contact on two different occasions to get the appointment set up. The guys that showed up were very nice. I was however extremely disappointed in the job I paid for, basically it was $149 for someone to mop half my garage and blow out a few cobwebs. There was no cleaning and organizing at all. Their idea of organizing was to remove the items in the middle of the garage blow out the cobwebs set the stuff back. I had items all over the place no organization whatsoever. As far as half the garage, there was carpet on the other half.

Awesome!! Guys are great and speedy, they don't mess around! Great job!!

They didn't have a ladder to get to some of my dormer windows. They said they would bring their own ladder and they did but not ladders to get my dormer windows. I told them they were dormers before they came. The quality of work was fine. They reset the schedule and they kept it.

I bought the special through Angie's list. In the order I stated to call to setup time. No call was received. I had to call the company. After the window washers left they were streaked and cloudy. Part of the service was window sill cleaning. This did not happen for all Windows.

It went well. I'd recommend giving these guys a call. They were very friendly, and their work was thorough. No complaints.

Over a week after I purchased it, I still had not heard from the provider. I found this very unprofessional and just bad management. Apparently they are just too busy to handle their work or just don't care if they don't even call to set up a service I can't imagine how the service would be.

It worked out just fine. They could have been a little bit more punctual. I can't really blame them but they made an appointment to come one day and they never came. They came the next day after I had called and asked them where they were. Other than that, they did just fine. For the same thing that I had them for the last time, I probably would use them again. The price was reasonable. They responded when I called and gave me some reasons why they didn't make it. They would have called and said that they couldn't make it. They had problems with their truck. They were responsive. The professionalism was fine.
