They were easy to set up an appointment with and were able to work around our schedule, they arrived on time and work quickly to remove the items from our garage. The only improvement I would offer would be for them to invest in a larger vehicle for the removal process.

They're very good. Cleaned, polished and put a coating on them. They called as far as time, they were very punctual.

It went really well. It was great. I did pay additional charges above the deal price. They did hauling for me. The garage was a disaster. It was so horrible in there. Now everything is gone. They took all of the junk out and they got all of the spider webs and everything. They even took all the dead fluorescent bulbs and took those with them. It was amazing. They hosed it out for me. I let them know which things stayed & then they would come and ask. They had 3 loads to haul away. It was 3 1/2 bays. They didn't charge extra. They charge by the square footage and the garage was 3 1/2 bays and it was supposed to be a a 2-car garage, but it wasn't that much extra square footage because it's a really shallow garage. So they didn't charge me extra for the square footage but they did charge the extra because I needed everything else. It took them about half a day the first day and then they had to come back the next day to finish hauling the stuff. One person came to complete the job.

Andre is a transformation artist. I could not believe how hard he worked and he was totally focused on his job. This company performed magic in my garage!

I was amazed! My garage has never been so clean! They were very professional and very prompt, too! My grandkids even got to play in it for once!

It didn't go well, I never heard from them. I've been talking to another representative I don't have her name right in front of me now. I told her that I was no longer interested. Theo tried contacting them and they have never contacted me and no response so when I talked to the young lady; I told her that I would, well I usually ask for a refund but she said they don't have a program like that so she's sending me various other deals that are available that I can apply my money's worth.

I have not received any communication from H & M Cleaning Solutions since I made the purchase. I have called them twice and e-mailed them once. No response.

It was fine. They were quick and they did a good job. The only problem we had was, I had given Angie's List my new address and they gave my old address. So they sent them to the other side of town, so they were late getting here, but it was Angie's List's fault, not theirs.

It went well, in fact much more smoothly than I anticipated due to the weight of the piano. Very impressed.

They called me at about nine and came early. He was kind, courteous, and a hard worker. They didn't send the appropriate tools with their worker. They had to ask me use a wheelbarrow. They also sent him out in a mini-van instead of a truck. I would give the worker an A+, but he didn't have the right tools.

Never arranged an appointment despite emailing the company. Would like a refund! Paid for the service. Company stated they would contact me-never did!

This was a $99 big deal purchase. He did a good job. He was supposed to come back the second day, which he didn't do. I think the price was very fair. For the initial call he did respond in a timely manner. He was on time.

They did not have a tall enough ladder. Left paper towels in yard - and I was unaware that I had to remove screens.

The two member team arrived on time. One person cleaned the inside of the windows and other person cleaned the outside of the windows. What a difference they made. The two member team did a great job. We would recommend H&M Cleaning Solutions to all of our friends.

It was great, it was absolutely great. They were very kind, they were very timely. It was all very nice. They called us immediately, like within a week, to schedule it, but because of the things that we were trying to accomplish, we asked them if we could call them back when we were ready because we weren't quite ready because we were replacing landscaping timbers and blah blah blah. So we called them back and they were here within two days. They were there immediately and they did a great job. We incurred additional charges because we had three loads. It wasn't much. It was a very, very good service. The price was excellent.

other than not being able to haul away the twin mattress, it went well. Guys were delayed a day due to a previous job but communicated that to me and work was preformed the following day! Would hire them again!

They came in a vehicle that was too small for all of our items and they said they would empty it and come back to get the rest of the items. They did so very quickly. They were hard workers and had great attitudes.

Not well. The owner, Harry Coleman, initially told me there would be no additional charge for his company to both remove junk from my home and a storage shed about a mile away. However, I called yesterday and now they are saying there is an additional charge to remove the junk from the storage shed. They also initially said they would use a dump truck. However, yesterday they said they would only be bringing a pick up truck. All of my items will not fit in a pick up truck. They also said they would deliver some of the items to Goodwill. However, yesterday they said they never made such a promise and it would be an additional fee if I wanted that done.

I didn't have to wait. They came out on the day that would be good for me and they agreed. There really wasn't much organization they had to do. It was mostly cleaning. They were equally upfront. They came, they did the job and they left everything as I expected it to be.

It was excellent. They came on time. They did a great job. They were really nice and polite. They did it all in one day. They took both loads the same day. There wasn't anything bad. It was a great experience. People were very nice.

I called before making my online purchase to confirm scheduling. Scheduled cleaning but company showed up a week early, my husband happened to be home for work to be performed. Overall cleaning was okay, some window tracks were skipped and almost all window sills were not wiped from the track debris. Guys who came weren't aware of the offer I purchased, thankfully I had a copy of the voucher.

Bought garage coupon but then decided we couldn't hire that out right now. Harry was very accomodating and allowed us to change to window cleaning. Crew were very thorough and professional, just a pleasure to work with. We would hire this company again for any of the cleaning services they perform.

The workers that eventually showed up were outstanding and they did a good job. The siding was clean and they were able to remove all the north facing wall's mildew. In addition the price was very reasonable. However, that is where the bright points end and the problems began. There was way too much phone tag just to set up an appointment. Then they could not make it to the first appointment due to equipment failure. Next they were a no call/ no show for the make up date. It took constant calls and pressure to get them to fulfill their professional obligations. So the work was good but the company is one of the most unprofessional I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
