H & M Cleaning Solutions

Description of Work: H and M removed everything out of the garage. With a leaf blower they removed extra dirt and leaves etc. Then they used a mild cleaning solution to clean the garage floor and rinsed it off with my hose. The floor was very clean and they offered to take items I wanted thrown away to the dump for extra reasonable cost. The same for cleaning a three car garage. there was some confusion about the time span during which they would arrive and the time span that they would actually be working. At the end of the day, they quickly just put stuff back in the garage and I was left to spray off the soap and mess off the driveway. When it was all done, it was great to see everything clean and ready for winter. They did not do much in the way of organizing. Primarily put things back where you told them.

Description of Work: They charged for taking unwanted things to the dump, which wasn't mentioned in their ad. They were quite unprofessional in regard to this. On the other hand, they were hard workers, but they were quite later than they promised.

Description of Work: They cleaned 20 windows. (a single side of a window is considered 1 window) H&M Cleaning Solutions were very nice to speak with. They were kind and worked with me and my schedule when they missed my appointment. I rated them low in punctuality and responsiveness because they were scheduled to cone out to my house and by 5pm I had not heard from anyone and had to take the initiative to call them. There was some sort of accident to which I understand, but no one took the initiative to call me to reschedule. I had taken a 1/2 a day off work expecting them to be there. They would have had a higher rating had they given me a call to reschedule. I asked them to bring a ladder since I had a couple of windows that are 20ft plus high. They did not bring a ladder and was unable to get a few spots on the windows. The gentlemen who showed up was kind and cordial and did the best job he could with the tools he had to work with.

Description of Work: Initial appt was canceled because the company was short-handed that day after a worker called in sick. We tentatively (I thought) rescheduled, but I did not receive a call conriming the rescheduled date and time. Didn't cause a problem, but I would have preferred the confimration. Very courteous worker.

Description of Work: Although there was some confusion on the exact date and time of the service, when h&m did arrive they did a good job.

Description of Work: Hired H & M Solutions based on Angie's List recommendation. They clean and reorganize garages. By and large they did a OK job. We made the mistake of asking them if they would repaint the garage and they agreed. We settled on a price and they started a few days later. At the end of the project, we were satisfied with our refurbished garage. However, the painting component was "painful". The workers are not experienced painters and a number of difficulties ensued. We would strongly suggest they they not accept painting jobs until they have at least one very experienced painter on staff.
