Description of Work: Window washing. Called to say one person was caught in traffic and crew would be late for 9:00 appt. The crew arrived with a spray foam can and microfiber cloth. After an hour with only some windows clean on inside, the guy left for another appt. The guys were at my home three times until I asked them to leave at 7:00 pm. I ended up with a broken storm window, some windows never touched and those that were "cleaned" are a smeared MESS. A voicemail and an email to the owner have gotten no response. I want my money back. The job has to be done by a competent company. I can't say "redone" because it was never done in the first place!

Description of Work: They took away some of my blue spruce that was in the front yard. The job was supposed to be for a pickup full of stuff and they only took a station wagon full of stuff. I had another deal like this a couple of years ago for the same price and they would have been able to take everything, just just a fraction of the stuff. They tried to sell me a couple more deals to get rid of the rest of the stuff. They guys were nice, but they just didn't take nearly as much as I would have expected.

{Member's name removed}- It was nice meeting you but that was no blue spruce tree. It was at least 12 yards as I filled our 4 yard dumpster and some of another. It was not a station wagon, I was a full size van. As we stated, we could haul more away because of the liability of filling a truck bed with huge large logs, we would not be able to fill above the bed of the truck. Description of Work: Deep clean was good. Overall experience was fair. Everyone we dealt with was nice. We liked that we could combine our two separate cleaning packages together and Matt was great. However, two significant areas to bring my rating down. 1) cleaning service was supposed to arrive 8-9. She did not show up until after 10 am. 2) I don't have a pet. However, there was a 1 inch yellowish spot on my carpet by the back door of the garage. I never noticed this spot before and unfortunately when I smelt it was to the likes of urine. Not sure what this is but thought I would share.
