Description of Work: The two men were very efficient and worked well as a team. Cleared my garage in 15 minutes of a lot of stuff. Would have improved their and my experience if their company provided them with better tools---a vacuum instead of a bunch of brooms and an old blower that was so high pitched it hurt the ears while it was on. I directed a little and they worked very well with me.

Description of Work: Angie's list shares the guilt in this difficult encounter, as do I for falling for the advertising hype. $99 for whole house window cleaning were really 20 window sides. 10 inside and out. The owner told me he could have offered a deal on real whole house cleaning at a much cheaper price than $99 for 10 windows. I felt as if I had thrown $99 down the drain and I still need to get all my windows washed.

Splashed the the mulch in the front flower bed up on the siding - lovely. I wanted this area cleaned, not made worse. Entry way poorly cleaned as well. | |Not worth the money! Not professional.

Description of Work: I had to call three times to confirm the appointment and when they finally responded, I wasn't on their schedule. They did fit me into the day I was originally scheduled and they arrived on time. When they were finished, they just left! I had to call them to come back to clean 3 outside windows they had forgotten.....one was a sliding patio door!
