 + -1 moreI was out of town when the drains completely stopped on my rental property. GB was very quick and on top of getting over to my location. They got the clog removed. Unfortunately, they tried to tear apart a sink trap to remedy a slow drain. It was left in pieces and they told my tenant they would figure out a fix and be back. Two days later after me calling them, someone was sent out and the problem was ''thought'' fixed. The next day on a Saturday, I had to go personally fix the leaky drain pipes. This was disappointing. I left an address to have a receipt sent, it was sent to the service address not the address I left.
Description of Work: Clogged slow drain, needed rooter ran through main line.

 + -1 moreVery polite, professional and willing to go the extra mile to get the problem resolved at a very reasonable price. Only one issue, it took them nearly all day to send a technician out after calling for assistance. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Main drain line from gutters and pool to sewer began backing up and spilling over from downspouts. This company responded and used both a snake and high pressure to totally clear over 100 feet of underground piping.
