The Grateful Plumber was early and took care of the replacement very efficiently

It went well. They scheduled everything that fit our busy schedule, which was very convenient. They got the clog out and gave a quote to replace a second toilet that isn't flushing well (I forget the exact terminology he used when showing me exactly what was causing the issues- which was nice).

They were very quick to respond and were able to get us scheduled quickly. We were experiencing low hot water pressure which was due to an old water heater valve and build up. This was quoted "an easy fix". The only complaint was how high the price was. It should not have cost nearly $300.

Amazing. Called and Adam was super professional and responsive. Was able to schedule the same day. They came at the time they said they would and were able to replace the entire unit very quickly. Works like a charm now. Were extremely professional and nice to chat with. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Adam and Dustin came out for some repairs. They showed up early and got done early. It was fast, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service.

Just fine -- I got a better deal because he let me purchase the sink on my own, which helped me save a little money. The old sink was replaced so the pipes, etc., were already in place. I think what he charged was fairly reasonable.

I've used many plumbers and always found them lacking, either in service, price or high pressure "upselling" of services or service contracts. Adam took his time with us and carefully explained our options. He charges by the job, not the hour. We started by wanting a single toilet replaced and ended up with two toilets replaced, the replacement of a water heater (the old one was 17 years old, did not have a catchpan as Adam pointed out to us, and turned out to be 3/4 full of mineral deposits), addition of a water softener and reverse osmosis water purifier system connected to a new faucet and to the refrigerator's water flow and ice maker. By patiently explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the various options in response to our questions and without any pressure whatsoever, we ended up having a lot more work done than initially anticipated! After the toilet install, we were unhappy with one of the toilet seats - and even though it was the one we initially requested, Adam replaced it at no additional charge. There is nothing inexpensive about plumbing but we feel we have upgraded our infrastructure considerably and now have someone we trust to call on in the future.

Neither of our requests was performed. He made us by a style we did not want and installed it. He was there for just over and hour

I bought deal for the flush and overall plumbing inspection, which is not what I got. Not sure if he was aware that's what is advertised b/c he didn't seem to be there for anything but the water heater flush. They seemed in a rush so I didn't press about the comprehensive inspection. Kinda bummed that I paid more than I should have for a simple flush.

We had very little hot water coming into the house and the water pressure was also low. He said that the hot water heater, which was 30 years old, needed replaced badly. He recommended a 50 Tall size, to get more water. We bought a 40 Tall due to price considerations. He quoted $200 more to install than another Angie's List provider, so we went with the 2nd company for the install. They came to install it and said that a 40 Tall (much less a 50 Tall) was not only against Code, but dangerous, as the fumes would go up too high and make for a dangerous situation. We had to return the 40 Tall and get a 40 Short and had the 2nd company install it.

WOW! I mean incredible. I had another plumber scheduled to do this installation. He arrived, had to leave to get the disposal and changed the price by over 60%. Nope. Not falling for that. Called Adam from Grateful. He was nearby and agreed to come over right then. He quoted the price I had been promised by the other company without prompting and had the disposal on the truck. He arrived in less than 10 minutes, finished up the job and was out the door within 30 minutes. Already scheduled him to come back to a different property to fix some plumbing issues. He also uses an app scheduling program that updates you on the job and progress. Very organized. Pleasant, fast and trustworthy. Put this guy on your plumber fast dial! Thanks Adam

They were very fast. So far everything is working great. I was a little taken back by the price especially how quickly they were able to get both toilets done.

Better than expected. He didn't end up having to replace as much of the system as he originally thought as the existing held up better than expected. He called me back to let me know he was finished and that my price would be about 40% of what he originally quoted. I don't know of too many other plumbing companies that would actually give me a break in price if they don't do what they originally quoted. Feel they are honest and can trust them which goes along way in today's world. Will definitely be using him in the future.

We recently remodeled a hall bath. The "plumber" who hooked up the shower, sink, and toilet did about zero correctly and we had a real mess on our hands. :( Adam came promptly and fixed the leaking and wrongly-plumbed vanity pipes, but the toilet fittings were terribly bungled and ruined, so he couldn't fix it on the same trip. Adam took matters into his own hands by calling the toilet manufacturer, ordering the parts, and having them shipped to my address. He then came out a second time to properly install the toilet, without any trip charges! I have his card, and will definitely call Grateful Plumber the next time I have a plumbing need.

They showed up on time, but did not do any work. Suggested I need to purchase a new toilet. They did not give me an option to repair the leak.

On March 1st just after a bad experience the day before I have contacted Grateful Plumbers to come and correct some plumbing work that another contractor spent over 7 hours and still did not complete. My first contact was with Adam and may i add at 6 AM he was the first to respond i was amazed. We made an apt for them to arrive between 2-4 PM but actually arrived around 10:15 AM or so. They were here for about 1 hour fixed my kitchen sink and my bathroom toilet i will BE calling them again to fix my shower these guys are AMAZING !!!!! They showed up early, very professional, polite , courteous , friendly and fast working they left putting a smile on my face

Grateful Plumber was quick to respond, actually came out within the hour, then made the fix within another hour. Everything fit within my work schedule and my travel schedule for the weekend and I was very happy with the job. The price was fair considering the emergency scenario, the timeliness of the execution, and how little impact it all actually had on my day.

Both times I received same-day service. They are very friendly and helpful. The work they did was great and we've had no problems with the repairs or installations they've done. They did not leave any mess when they were finished. They do accept credit cards. I will be hiring them for future plumbing needs.
