Grateful Plumber

Last Fall I had work done by another company that did not do the work to Code. I called Grateful and they were able to fix the issue within a few days of calling them. This Fall again had trouble with another company and I remembered the great service provided by Grateful I called them and again quick response and they will be doing work for me next week. They work well together as a Team they are professional and explain to me in a way I understand. In the future there will be no other company working on my Septic and Plumbing.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I had a major leak in my crawl space. The Grateful Plumber guys came out and crawled through water in 36 degree weather to fix the problem and save the day! They will be my lifetime plumbers and I am spreading the word! Excellent company!

We just want to thank Adam and Brandon for the great job they did!! We appreciate everything they have done for us! They are a God send!! They are always right on time!! Never too early or too late. When they say they will be there a certain time, they say what they mean!! We definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of plumming done. Thank you guys so so much! Adam is an honest man. I hired him to replace my daughters garage disposal which I thought was shot. Adam asked if I wanted him to see if he could fix it. A fix would save my daughter $220. Adam fixed it in a few minutes. He cost himself some $$$ but he did the right thing. He could have installed the new disposal no questions asked.

Adam and his helper were very professional, yet spoke in terms I could understand. Listed a few alternate solutions for my drainage dilema and did not push me for an immediate answer or decision. I will definitely call them for this and future plumbing needs.

I cut a 6 x 6 inch square in the drywall so the plumber could access and remove the old faucet in order to install a new one. The owner came to my house with a plumber and the owner looked at the drywall opening and said that will probably be big enough and they won't have to cut a bigger opening. After they were completed I went outside and checked the new outdoor faucet and then saw that the drywall opening had not been fixed. I asked the owner about it and he said "We don't do drywall".

Great, they were right on time, had A+ communication via phone and text. Work was done very quickly and we are extremely happy. Will use again.

Ended up with two new toilets at a better price. Installation was quick and painless. Glad to have it done!

This was my first time using Grateful Plumber and it went as I'd hoped. They were very professional and most importantly, the price was competitive. They took the time to listen and address all of my concerns and I am willing to admit that I am not an easy client. I will be using them for all future needs.

Adam and Brandon were great. Adam was great with his communication through the entire process. When he and Brandon showed up at my house. He quickly addressed the problem and quoted us on the price to get the job done right there. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend this company to anyone need good plumbing work.

He was on time. Looked at the situation told me my options and fixed it. Fast and easy. I had an appt with a different plumber who never showed up. I called Grateful Plumber on a Friday afternoon and he said he couldn't come until Monday. Which was ok with me. He gave a time window and came right on time (on the early end of the window). He also gav me a referral for someone who might be able to fix the cabinet.

Very well! Adam and his helper, Brandon, make a good team. There was minimal mess left after the drain cleaning, but that is to be expected.

Adam came out and assessed the issue got us the right people we needed to fix the problem at a reasonable price. They came out they were very professional they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Wonderful, couldn't ask for a better company

We had a wonderful experience with the Grateful Plumber! We called with a leaking garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. We secured one of their prepackaged deals and received a call moments after reserving. They were polite and mentioned they were about 2 days out and would come earlier if something opened up. I immediately received a text confirming the initial appointment which was great. They called the next day with an opening and knocked out the project quickly. They also gave us good advice on a separate shower issue we were having. The text confirmations as well as an email receipt made things run so smoothly, plus the owner and technician were delightful to work with. Would recommend this group to anyone!!!

I would definitely use Grateful Plumber again, they responded quickly to my service request, and I didn’t have to wait long to get the work done. Their prices are fair and reasonable and was less than other plumbers I called. And the quality of the work was great and they were respectful of my home.

Aaron seems knowledgeable and resourceful, and he did the work I needed quickly. I have two criticisms to offer, though. I had an appointment with him at 10 a.m., and a message saying that he would be on-site between 10 a.m and noon. Then I received a message from him at 8:33. I can understand coming early, but I think he should ask beforehand. It seemed as thought my time and my schedule did not matter. In addition, the charge seemed to me excessive. I paid $379 for a job that took two men less than an hour to complete , and required onlly a little PVC piping. It was an unusual job, and not easy to compare to what others might charge, but this seemed too much.
