Prompt arrival, thorough and cleaned up, reviewed everything that was done and showed me how to handle the new faucets. I also got a new shower head that looks great. Adam gabe me plenty of time to ask questions also.

Adam and his apprentice were on time and easy to work with. Inspection was thorough. Repair work was accomplished as needed and expected.

The guys were on time, extremely quick, and fixed the problem without any issues, hassle, or delay. Great job!

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

Excellent. No more noisy and worthless electric softening system. Had to have him descale my tankless water heater the hard water was so bad this spring, and now I won't and it'll last longer, AND l can fold my laundry in peace with the electric cricket noise GONE. SO Glad he recommended it! Trade off buying salt vs filters (no need for whole house carbon anymore) is minimal.

Both gentlemen Grateful Plumber came in figured out the problem and got the job done in amazing time! Totally appreciate their hard work and not breaking our pockets during hard times. We've used them several times, most recently to install a new faucet and disposal and to re-install a water purification system after new countertops and sink were put in. When I mentioned during a previous visit that we'd be getting this work done, they gave me a heads up to be careful about the depth of the new sink in order to avoid having to reroute the plumbing in the wall. Knowing that prevented a lot of problems and cost!! Their initially scheduled appointment with us had to be changed at the last minute because of delays of the work of other contractors, and they readily accommodated the change. Their online scheduling system is easy to use, as is their text messaging for communications.

Adam was wonderful to explaining to me that my washer can't be hooked up, unless the tub was torn out and a jackhammer was brought in to get to the main drain Appreciate his honesty. I am going to use him to replace a bathroom faucet and a kitchen faucet. A great honest man, they are still out there.

Plumber dismissed my theory from my research that the clog was in the vent therefor the toilets would not flush properly. He simply flushed the toilet that had been clogged for two days and said, “it must have been dried up and now is flushed away.” He put a camera down the drain to show me no clog, but didn’t want to get on the roof to do the same to be sure the vent was not clogged as I had speculated. He insisted he reset both toilets for $278 each. To quote Angie’s list, “ Toilet installation ranges from $125 to $260, not including materials. The toilet is typically supplied by the homeowner. “. Therefor this is a most expensive plumber who didn’t solve the problem, (problem is the same the day after he came), and he refused to give us any sort of refund or come out to fix the real problem. He thinks the problem is rusted pipes (house is only 1972)and wants to do a $3,000 replacement. But it is not clogged now, only sucking in air and gurgling. When we go on YouTube and type in our plumbing symptoms there are multiple view saying it is a clogged vent. When we told him this over the phone his reply was, “then let YouTube fix your problem.” Find a plumber that has better customer service at a reasonable price.

Needed a softener installed so called this plumber because of previous experience with smaller jobs. The work was performed when expected for the previously agreed upon amount. There was no problem until a few weeks later when a major issue was identified with the installation. At that time he had no idea how to correct the issue. It also was obvious that he had little interest in figuring out how to correct the issue. He's probably a nice guy but this experience has changed my opinion of his work.

We originialy experienced a vendor that was sent out to replace our Flush Mate due to a factory recall. They botched the job completely. Grateful Plumbers were awesome to work with. They were very professional, worked quickly, and took the time to explain what was going on as well as understand what we were experiencing. An added bonus is that they were very clean and their appearance was nice. We will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

they were prompt and courteous. They were done in just over an hour. Cleaned up after work was finished and they checked on what I thought was a leak in the kitchen faucet and luckily it was not. Just a cheap faucet.
