Virgillis a very good representative of the Godby culture as we know it providing excellent service and great customer relationship. Long time customer.

Everything was fine. Rien Ripple did a great job. Came when promised, very professional.

Replaced every outlet with new boxes and faceplates. Really looks great and is so much safer.

They are very knowledgeable. They only charge you for services they know you need. One time, a service rep worked with me over the phone and saved me any charges at all. We became Godby members, and it's well worth it!

Everything went smoothly, it just took far longer than we thought. It took about 8 hour from the time he arrived until he left, but his price was surprisingly lower than I had expected. Everything was perfect when he left. He walked us through the house to test each socket and switch to make sure everything was good, too.

He was very quick and efficient! He was polite and answer questions. Would recommend!

Godby showed up on time and did teh work for exactly what was quoted.

Could not have gone any better. He new the thermostat problem in less than 15 seconds, no joke. He reprogramed it and now my house sits at 72 where I like it. He fired up my gas water heater and adjusted the temperature and now we have hot water. He checked are air unit hook ups outside as well and said it all looked good.

On time, Service Tech was very friendly.

Godby had a $199.00 Garbage disposal and install deal all for $199.00 The installer came on time with a 1/3 hp unit which sells on Amazon for $80.00. I told the installer that the Angies List deal was for a larger 3/4 hp unit. I think this was a mistake on Godby's part because that unit sells for $202.00. On Amazon. None the less, Godby honored the deal (in fact went above and beyond because I offered to settle for a 1/2 hp disposal) and went to a plumbing supply house and got the larger unit and installed it. So they lost money, but I will call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

The Plummer showed up on time and did a great job on the install.

Terrible. He barely got the fridge hooked up, he first hooked it up to the hot water and tried to pass that off as a good job, we made him fix it and do it right and some water leaked down to the basement. He was unable to fix the leaky pipe in the bathroom. He tightened one screw and said "that should do it" but it still leaks. He took off the downspout and played with it for 5 minutes and then said it's a faulty downspout and to buy a new one. We figured this was good advice until we got to the hardware store and the associate told us we should soak it in CLR and it worked fine after that. He did not even try to fix the dishwasher. He said it was clearly an issue with the machine itself and left it at that. When we called the manufacturer, they sent someone out because it was still in warranty. They found that the dishwasher was doing its job properly and that the garbage disposal was improperly hooked up when it was installed. (The house was a flip so we don't know who performed that install) We now had to hire another company to come and fix that install. To add insult to injury, he worked for all of 1 hour but charged us over $300 for everything, and that was with the Angie's list discount. All in all we were very dissatisfied with our experience with Godbys plumbing. We have already let all our friends know to avoid them like the plauge.

They also tried to talk me into buying a new ac unit for approx 3200.00. I declined and made the repair myself for under 40.00 dollars. They seem more interested into making a buck at your expense.

*Arrived early : window for arrival was 8. 9 a and they got here @ 7:45. *Used Drop downs. *Very polite!

The service went fine. They knew what they were doing. They came out on time, and it took exactly how long they said it would. They had to replace all of the coils under the furnace as well. When I started to close the door to the utility room so I called them and they came right out that night to fix the door and got it closed. They even came back again that same night to push the furnace back more so that the door closed all of the way! They even surprised me with a gift basket the next day on my porch!

Both Brandon and Jeremy did an excellent job. Courteous and very professional.

I called the service provider from for an AC problem we were experiencing during my lunch hour. They scheduled a service call for later that afternoon, which during the Month of May/June was a surprise as this is the busiest time of the year for AC repairs. The technician showed up later in the day and had diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and gave me good sound advice on the resolution. ( no up-sell just straight forward advice ) I was able to resolve the issue myself but the technician left me his personal number in case I had questions later in the evening. Was highly impressed with the technician on this call.

That worked out well. They did a good job. They were here last Wednesday. They responded very quickly. I don't recall what they charged me.

He came out very late in the day and was very willing to finish the job even if it went after hours. He managed to get it fixed very quickly and he explained to me the exact problem with my air conditioner. He was very professional and he knew what he was talking about. He was a very nice and polite person to work with.

They are a very bad company. They replaced my air conditioner, and I don't think it needed to be replaced. I didn't understand why I have to pay for the labor when it is under warranty. I then decided to drop them and never use them again. They charged $100 just to check the box of the air conditioner. I had several problems with them, although I was faithful to them all along. They took advantage of me because I am physically handicapped. I have used them for several years ago. They are very expensive.

They are awful. The technician was not all that bad. I am assuming the office was the biggest problem. They replaced the blower fan which it turns out should have been under warranty with the unit. They actually were the ones who installed the unit initially. When they replaced the blower fan, they called the office and said they could not find any record of the warranty information for that unit. So, they replaced the blower fan and charged me for it. I did not even know the unit would have been under warranty until I had a subsequent service provider out later and they told me this information. They charged my card too much money and then, I had to call the office multiple times in order to get that situation resolved. It was not bad. If anything is true what I did do is I was able to find another that is highly rated. These guys were not highly rated. The only reason they were out was because they put the unit in. I found another provider that is much better. However, since it was done three year ago, it is possible that the service provider has improved their operations.

He originally suggested we buy a new unit, but we were hoping the unit would last a couple more years. He looked into it, found and fixed the leak. He said that we wouldn't need the new unit, which would cost over $4200. We signed up for an additional year of service because we were satisfied with the service.

It went great. Godby is awesome to work with. TOtally fair pricing, workers showed up on time, were super polite and cleaned up after themselves. This was a messy job as they had to excavate the backyard and fix the water line coming into the basement. totally fixed, no leaks. A++++
