Not well....when I called and spoke to the plumber who came out and explained our difficulty and that he had left the pump unplugged, he stated, "Your husband was standing right there." My husband is not a plumber. When I said we would be contacting our insurance company, he said, "you do that". Very unprofessional and disappointing. Will never use again nor recommend to any friends.
Description of Work: The plumber came to give us an estimate on some work we wanted to have done. Our sump pump was working but making a continuous sound. He informed us it was still working (which we knew) but that it possibly needed a new switch. He had unplugged the sump pump but did not plug the sump pump back in after inspecting it, which we did not realize until our basement flooded w/6 inches of water soon after his visit.

Overall good. There was some miscommunication right away on an Angie's List deal I was told could cover the project but was then told it wouldn't. Godby worked with me on it and was able to use the cost of the deal towards the job.
