Called Gody Sunday 1/6 after realizing late Saturday that I had no hot water! Friend on Facebook recommended Godby, called Monday morning at 8:30 AM, the team dispatched a plumber, and I had a new hot water heater by lunch! Very efficient, professional, clean and reasonable.

I met with Jeremy for initial consultation. We decided on a new HVAC system and it was installed the next morning (which was a Saturday!). The installers did a great job of taking out old system and installing new one. They were very professional and cleaned up well after the job was completed.

They charged for the diagnostic but not the quote. The whole experience was pretty good. There wasn't anything bad. They were polite and kept the work area clean. They were easy to work with and friendly and timely. I had a friend who had used them before so he had referred them. I also checked the comments on Angie's List. We ended up going with a different company because of price.

They came the same day I called. They were straightforward and very professional.
