Solid work, will use their services again and again. Also used heating service because of furnace control panel failure during power surge.

On time, good job. William was very polite and did his job in a timely manner. Godby has always done an extremely good job. Installed the unit in 2008.

My air conditioner stopped running on a friday afternoon. The inside of the house quickly reached 80 degrees. I checked out Godby on Angie's List and all of the reviews were A so I phoned the company. I was expecting to have to wait until Monday but the woman on the phone told me that the technicians would be around 5 PM...and they were. Greg called about 35 minutes before they arrived. Greg and Kenny were professional,. personable and based on the cooling results of the repair very skillful. I will be calling in the Fall around October to have Godby Heating come and service my furnace. Also, the woman at the office who scheduled the appointment was pleasant and very helpful. Excellent customer service!

PREFORMED REQUESTED SERVICE

Had normal a/c system service performed. Greg was on time as usual. While service was being done, he found capacitor was weak and ready to fail. He had the part on his truck, part was under warranty and labor was half price because we purchased the maintenance plan. He had the whole job done in less than an hour and we were ready for the summer. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

Called for emergency service due to fan not running on A/C unit. Called several other companies after 5 and wasn't able to get a response. Called Godby at 8:30pm, was immediately picked up by a person and they directed my call to an on-call tech. Greg (our tech) was on time and quick with the repair, in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service! Bonus, they have a credit card reader on their iPhones so they can take care of payment immediately.

They do good work. They are on time. Their technicians are professional. They know what they are doing. They tell you what they are doing and do it ahead of time and what the prices are gonna be and they are always right on the money. They show up in a time frame that they give. When they get there, they don't leave till they get the work done. When they leave, they clean and leave. They make sure they don't put anything down that will harm your pets, which is very important to us. They are good outfit. I am pleased with them.

As expected, arrived on time. They did not waste any time, accomplished task in minimal time - Professional!

William was here first thing, between 8 & 9 as promised. He phoned on his way to assure me he was corning. It was very cold when he arrived. He was still able to service the A/C. He explained that pressures were not where they should be due to low amount but everything else was fine. He made note of this paperwork in case any question in future.

Technician was on time, thoroughly checked the furnace system, advised of issues found. Capacitor replacement would need to be done eventually. I decided to go ahead and have it done today to prevent damage to motor in the future.

They did an excellent job. Their price was very workable compared to the other quotes that we received. They were very efficient, easy to work with and professional.
