Quick arrival and less than.an hour to complete the project. Virgil did a great jib for us and was very pleasant and polite. Definitely recommend and will keep their number for the future.

It went great. Godby was already the company I used for plumbing. I had an absolutely horrible experience with another company with messy work, and needed my system looked at. There was a tech in Fishers today so Rich was able to stop by.He did a thorough check of my system and checked caulking of other company. There was a part replaced, and I signed up for their maintenance plan for 2016. Rich was great explaining everything he was doing. Stephanie is wonderful in their office. She was so helpful to get him to my house today.

Gary was great. They call 30 minutes ahead so you can plan your day. He replaced some parts in the kitchen spigot, tightened some things in the bathroom sinks and did the best he could with a faucet that will eventually need replacing. He was very pleasant and I hope to see him in the spring for some outside work.

The good part is they finally resolved the problem. The bad part is from the first time I called them, they came out 5 or 6 times to figure out what's wrong. In the end, they solved the problem. They're always very professional.

I have found my "go-to" guys when it comes to anything HVAC! Before signing up to have a new furnace and AC installation, Godby's employees had come to my home for repairs. I can't praise the professionalism enough. Both of these employees (Tim and Virgil) described the status of each unit and advised that each would have to be replaced in the near future (both units were 20 years old). However, at no time did they pressure me into buying new units. In fact, the first team member who came out to look at my AC gave me several options for the repair and found the least expensive alternative for me. I decided to replace both units this month. Godby's sales representative, Bobby Lux, visited and provided me with several alternatives and explained each in detail. Again, I never felt pressured to buy a particular unit. In fact, Bobby advised against the most expensive AC unit as the long-term benefits would not outweigh the costs. The installation team (Mike and Dana) arrived four days after I signed the proposal. They were timely, and just like the repairmen I'd met earlier in the year, very professional and friendly. A Godby supervisor stopped by to check on progress, and Bobby came by as well to make sure things were going well. The installers worked continuously through the day. I was in my home office and barely noticed that they were in the house removing a 20-year old furnace. The entire job was done in one day, albeit a long day as the team finished around 7 p.m. They left my house without a trace of dirt, having cleaned up thoroughly. There was no evidence of them even being there except for the big new furnace and AC unit. I can't praise this company enough. As I started out this review, they are my "go-to" team for any HVAC work. It's hard to find an organization like this, so I am thrilled to have come by Godby! I would highly recommend them to anyone. P.S. I also want to thank Dana for showing me some mean guitar licks before leaving my house. Mike and Dana are both friendly and experts at their jobs.

My 14 yr old furnace stopped working & I asked to have an experienced tech come here. In the past young techs would say I needed a new $800 blower or a furnace. Jay was a little late after getting wrong info from the office but, had diagnosed & fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was very efficient, personable & had a good sense of humor. I was so thankful that I didn't have to replace my furnace.

Air condition in my home stopped working on a Saturday evening of the Labor Dat weekend. Forecast highs were 90+ so this was a problem. I called Godby's about 7:30 on a Sunday morning. By 11, the technician was here. He repaired the problem and was gone by 11:45. He was very professional and easy to work with. He had the required part on his truck so he could replace it. He went the extra mile and washed out the outside unit, even though I wouldn't have known better. When the part was replaced, he checked to make sure the unit was performing properly before he left. Can't say enough good things... saved me a long, hot holiday weekend!

Girlfriend's air conditioner wasn't putting out cold air. Dispatch worked with my schedule and sent out service tech Tim Brown based on the type of service tech I was looking for. Was very impressed with his knowledge base and systematic approach to identifying and fixing the problem. After evaluating the AC system, voltages, Freon level, etc. he discovered some bad wires/terminals on the compressor. He re-terminated wires and solved problem. I also appreciate that he was truly trying to fix the problem vs. trying to push buying a new AC system. Would highly recommend using Godby and service tech Tim Brown based on overall experience.

AMAZING! There is not enough capital lettering or explanation points to describe the service. The call center was amazingly patient, they gave me ball park numbers (not an estimate, but at least I knew I didn't need a second mortgage before they showed up to cover the repair), arrived within 2 hours of my call, assessed the situation, and was gone within the hour. Gary (plumber that came out) was very courteous, patient, efficient (even tested his work), and cleaned up after himself better then he found the bathroom. Not only have I taped Godby's card to my refrigerator for future reference, I have a couple extra cards for my friends! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber!!!

I knew for a long time that I was going to need to replace my old furnace and heat pump. I am so glad I called Godby when I needed a new system. My replacement was not an emergency, but Godby was able to send out a sales rep within 24 hours and I had my new system installed right away. I never felt pressured to buy and my sales rep really listened to my needs. I apprecited his professionalism and working with me to find the perfect system to fit my needs. My crew was on-time, polite, professional and made the whole process so simple. My crew was really careful with walking through my house and always put down floor covers when walking inside. They were tidy and were very cautious when removing my old furnace out of my basement. Though buying a new HVAC system is never exciting, I am really happy with my product and the service Godby provided.

They delivered it to our home and set it up all while we were gone so my husband would be surprised. The owner is Brian Adams and he's a wonderful person. He's very friendly and has so much integrity. We received very good service.

The provider replaced our cracked A/C mounting pad. After replacement we complained to the provider about the A/C unit not being level on the pad. The provider informed us it was not a big deal if the A/C unit was not level. Upon a recent A/C tune-up another provider informed us that under no circumstance should your A/C not be level on the pad. It causes the fluids within the unit to shift to one side which can shorten the life of your unit. We now need to figure out a way to level off the unit since this was done so poorly. UPDATE The provider came out to level the A/C unit and fixed the problem. They were very responsive and kind about the situation.

It was good. They put it in my gas water heater and he actually came in side after installing to let the air out of our faucets. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I have worked with Gary in the past as well. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I think he is very professional.

Arrived 1 hour late, but did call to notify. Technician was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job.

I'm super happy with Joe, the serviceman, scheduler, scheduler and the service visit. Prompt. Professional, no smoke and mirrors. Godby worked the visit around my lunch hour where I was able to look over his shoulder while he did the service. In my experience, not a lot of service folks like customers watching. Godby installed my furnace in 2007 and I've never had a problem with it. Just thought I'd get a checkup and everything turned out perfectly.
