Description of Work: Jerry Gilpin gave me an estimate to replace four windows that had seal leaks. He was lower bidder by $150. He responded to my call almost immediately. After awarding the bid, he ordered the windows with no down payment, had them delivered in a week's time and installed the next day in about an hour's time.. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Description of Work: I had trouble with a thermopane window leaking and did not want to spend the money replacing the whole window, and had several other companies repair the one panel (in a large bay window) only to have the window leak in one year. Gilpin installed a pane that lasted over 12 years until we finally replaced the entire window.
