Description of Work: IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO GET A RETURN PHONE CALL. MS. CASTRO WAS LESS THAN ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT TALKING WITH ME. IT WAS ALMOST AS IF I WAS CAUSING HER A PROBLEM. NEVERTHELESS, WE AGREED TO MEET THE MORNING OF JANUARY 16, 2002, BETWEEN 8:30 AND 8:45. WHEN SHE HADN''T SHOWN UP BY 9:00 I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. MS. CASTRO RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY. HER MESSAGE WENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS: ''I''M SORRY I DIDN''T MAKE IT THIS MORNING. MY HUSBAND DELETED ALL OF THE CALLER ID NUMBERS FROM OUR PHONE. I DIDN''T WRITE YOUR NUMBER DOWN EITHER. SINCE WE TALKED, I DECIDED I REALLY DON''T HAVE TIME TO FIT YOU IN RIGHT NOW.'' I FIND THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. IF I MADE COMMITMENTS TO MEET WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS, FAILED TO SHOW UP AND USED THE EXCUSE THAT I DIDN''T WRITE THEIR PHONE NUMBERS DOWN SO I WAS POWERLESS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM, I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT, MS. CASTRO COST ME TWO HOURS OUT OF MY OFFICE THIS MORNING WAITING FOR HER TO SHOW UP.
