Description of Work: Repair man showed up on time and discussed possible problems and costs. When I decided not to repair the old dryer, and buy new instead, he provided valuable info impacting my purchase. He then cancelled the repair call, so it didn't cost me.

+ -1 moreI CALLED AND SET UP AN APPT. FOR THE REPAIRMAN TO COME OUT. HE WORKED OUT A TIME WITH MY WIFE TO COME OUT AND GET THE JOB DONE, TWICE, AND DIDN'T SHOW UP TWICE. THEN, FINALLY, THE THIRD TIME HE CAME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND HE WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME.
