Frost Upholstery

They never brought these to me as they said they would. Perhaps something happened to them. However, I did like the work that they did do.

Very professional and did a great job. I appreciate that he comes to your home with the samples. We were moving, and it was not a problem for them to pick up the couch at our "old" house and deliver it to our "new" house some distance away.

They picked everything up and brought it back when they said. They didn't restore the wood but they restored upholstery. We were satisfied.

Very helpful in finding a vinyl covering that would work in our kitchen. Of course it was impossible to find the old marbled vinyl of the 1950s but the chosen material looks great. We purchased additional fabric for the rest of the chairs when the vinyl on them split, & will return to Frost Upholstery when the time comes. The chairs are more comfortable than ever, they look great, & the customer service was excellent. You definitely don't feel like you're in a big box store at Frost.

Absolutely pain-free. Quick, professional, high quality. They were referred by our decorator and I would definitely call on them for future upholstery needs. Two of the chairs were old and needed restuffing. The result was a stylish, comfortable chair.

Frost came to our home on 2/17/12 and went over what was needed and said they would have it completed in one week,which they did. I could not be more pleased with their workmanship and dimely pick up and delivery.

They have a little tiny place, a bit run down, but they do an excellent job. They are pricey, but they do such good work. They are really good. The chairs they upholstered were all faded by the sun because they were near a bay window. After they worked on the chairs, they were in even better shape than when we bought them. They look like absolutely brand new chairs. Their service was excellent; they came out to the house to pick up the chairs. Usually we have to take them out there.

Frost was great to work with from the start. I called them between Christmas and New Years and got a recording that said they were closed for the holidays. I left a message and Greg called me back during the first week in January. Within a couple of days he came out and took a look at what the problem was and quoted me the price and said that he could probably complete the work toward the end of the month. I called back a couple of days later to schedule the work. They picked the furniture up within the following week and then had it finished and returned to my home in less than a week. They knew that I was a little concerned about the timing because they were taking both of them at the same time and they were in our main family room so we would definitely miss them. I really felt like they rushed the job due to my concerns. When they brought them back they looked SO much better. They had begun to look "tired" because this roll along the top edge of the frame of the sofa was so smashed down that it looked like the frame was broken. By replacing that and replacing the foam in the cushions the sofas look next to new! WELL worth the price

I called to set up an appointment and they came to my house to view the piece of furniture and give me a price. They came back later to pick up the couch, took it to their store to reupholster it, and delivered it back to my home. They were very punctual and dependable.

Frost Uphostery did an excellent job following my instructions and completed very nice finished chair cushions. Very professional job and the chair couldn't look better. They worked magic with the fabric even though it was in short supply. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again.

I can't say enough good things about Frost Upholstery & Fabrics Inc. I called Frost a couple of days before Thanksgiving after researching leather upholstery repair companies on Angie's List and saw that they were literally at the top of the List. Greg Hasty called back that day and we set an appointment for him to come out early the next week. He was right on time and brought several sample books for me to look through. We tentatively picked a faux leather that was a good match. Greg told me exactly what they would do and wrote up a quote that I thought was very reasonable. Greg recommended that I keep the sample books and take my time to look through them to make sure that I had made the right choice. I thought that was great. I looked through the books several more times over the next few days and narrowed it down to three possibilities, including my original choice. I asked my sisters to look through the samples and with no influence from me, they chose the same faux leather swatch. I called Frost's to confirm my choice. Greg called back to set up a pick up time. Greg and another employee came back out on December 13 with a larger sample of the fabric to drape over the sofa--it looked so much like the sofa that I knew it was the way to go. Greg said the job would probably be completed that week and the sofa delivered back early the next week. He called on December 15 --two days later--to say they were finished and that the only way you could tell it had been repaired would be to examine it with a magnifying glass. The sofa and the leftover fabric were delivered to me on December 20. He was right--I think the couch looks amazing. Polite, professional, punctual, no pressure, high quality, quick turnaround, reasonably priced--what more could you want? They did a great job, very prompt, estimate was exactly what the bill was, and the chair looks great.

I found them through Angie's list. They were prompt in returning my calls. They came out personally to give me an estimate. They actually followed through on the exact day they were going to come. They were prompt and I appreciate that post the estimate as well as completion of the work.

No surprises. They do not take credit cards. My only regret is not having the back cushions done at the same time. (But they did question my choice not to do so at the time.)

They were really nice and they were very pleasant. I recomend them to others as well.

Greg came when he said he would come. His work was completed the next day! He delivered the chair when he said he would. I have used this company for all my furniture. He has repaired my antique furniture springs and seats beautiful. His prices are very good and he is known for his integrity. You cannot go wrong.

They did an excellent job. It was the quickest response and repair that I have ever experienced. It only took 4 days for them to completely reupholster my sofa. The work was done with great quality. They also recovered a foot stool with no charge, and I also thought that was wonderful. They were very pleasant, and also moved some furniture for me with no problem at all, and we really appreciated this.

Free estimate, pick up, and delivery all performed on time. Large number of fabric types, colors, and patterns to choose from. Thanks to Frost, I now have what is basically a great looking "new" chair with an all wood and metal frame and the exact type of fabric and color I wanted for about the same cost as a "real" new chair off the showroom floor that probably contains molded plastic parts.

They came and picked the furniture for me. I don’t have any complaints and they were wonderful. They came in and looked at the furniture first and looked at the fabric I had. I chose to reupholster and they made suggestions and then, what meant the most to me was, they had reupholstered the ottoman incorrectly. I just called them and told how it needed to be done and they said it was not going to be a problem. The next morning they had somebody out here and they did it correctly and returned the ottoman. A lot of times, when your trying to sell something, everything is always good and positive but what means a lot to me is when there is problem, how does the business handle it, and it was a nostrum service. They were wonderful. I definitely will be calling them again for a couch.

They did an absolutely wonderful job. They were very courteous and patient with us while we were deciding which fabric to go with. When we asked for samples they would always give us about a yard of fabric so we could see what the pattern would look like and they brought all kinds of samples to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The people who came to pick up the furniture and return it were all very courteous. The work was done quickly, it only took them a week to finish everything for us. It is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend them.
