Description of Work: Our furniture looks new. What more can we say, as two pieces were about 20 years old. It was a great job. Only negative is that twice we asked for a response and didn't get it until we called again.

Description of Work: I provided my own fabric. Frost came and gave me an estimate of the cost and the am,ount of fabric that I needed. The chair needed new padding overall, and the seat cushion was almost flat. They picked up the chair and delivered it about 2 weeks later. It looks brand new! They did a terrific job! Plus everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience.

Description of Work: Frost reupholstered my 6 dining room chairs. They look fabulous! And they were very reasonably priced (3 x's less than another company). They were extremely professional. They also picked up and delivered the chairs and I was about 40-45 minutes away from them. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I contact this company via telephone - they were courteous over the telephone. I advised that I would be at their store to talk about re-covering cushions - when I arrived the store was closed - even though it was during their normal business. A note on the dorr said to call for an appointment - nothing was said about an 'appointment' when I talked to them via telephone. No, I did not actually do business with this company and will not call back.

Description of Work: We had just finished installing a hardwood floor and bookcases in the living room and wanted a custom cushion for the new bench beside the cabinets, but put-off finding an upholsterer until the week of our family party. We visited Frost on Tuesday and explained exactly what we wanted and were told it could be done in a week. We wanted it by Sunday. They made it to our order by Friday. We'll be back for more work from them in the near future.
