Frost Upholstery

Greg brought samples to my home after discussing possible colors and fabrics over the phone. He listened to my ideas and offered suggestions. After ordering the fabric, he picked up my ugly worn furniture and returned two beautifully done pieces! I could not have been more pleased!

The seat was leather and replaced with upholstery. It looks really nice. I am very happy with it!

The folks at Frost Upholstery were very helpful and patient with me. They picked up my chairs and left fabric samples. I choose a fabric and then changed my mind. It took me over 9 months to decide on fabric because I changed the colors in my room. Once I choose the fabric, they completed the work in less than a week. I was willing to wait a long time given how long it took me to get fabric. They also made two pillows with the left over fabric at no additional cost. I highly recommend them.

I love my new chairs and fixed recliner. I greatly appreciated that they came to my house to give free estimates and brought sample books for me to choose from. They picked up and delivered my furniture as party of their service. I told them what type of fabric I needed, so they brought only samples that matched.

Enjoyed dealing with this small family owned business. Our furniture looks like new. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them.

They're fine. They're really good and I recommended them to a lot of people.

It was fine. However, they were supposed to save the fabric (which I loved) from the old chair and make some pillows from it. But they instead disposed of all the fabric from the old chair. They did give us a small reduction in price for the error. But I can't find the fabric again.

They were prompt, courteous and punctual. I guess that it is why they have been in business for 38 years. I have already recommended them to one of my very fussy friends.

They delivered on time and the work was excellent. We could not be happier. Both pieces look brand new. We will definitely use Frost again.

Great. We scheduled the work before the holidays, and they showed up exactly when they promised. They quoted a price over the phone without seeing the fabric we had selected, and they honored the quote even after we told them we needed 2 protective covers for the ottoman. The cushions were also replaced or rebuilt, and the chair looks like new again.

My wife's great-aunt's antique loveseat was from the late 19th century but had been the home, for many years, to our three cats that lived in our basement. When we downsized to a home without a basement, we decided to invest in having that antique restored. We're very glad that we picked Frost Upholstery to do the job. Pickup and delivery was handled professionally. They had the piece of furniture from 30Oct13 until 03Dec13. It was worth the wait! A once beautiful piece was restored to what it must have looked like years ago. .

I have 4 chrome chairs and a kitchen table that have been in the family forever. The chair seats were torn and in need of replacing. Bessie helped me look thru the fabric sample books. She let me borrow a few to bring home. The job was quoted and completed satisfactorily. I am so happy with the result....the chairs look great and they are much more comfortable than before. I would definitely recommend Frost Upholstery.

I had a chair that had been in the family for years. I had stripped the old fabric and underlying padding from the seat and back. Frost helped me design a new back treatment as I didn't want the verticle rolls that the barrel back chair had previously. They suggested a wing back chair treatment that worked out beautifully. They had no problem with me supplying my own fabic that I had purchased at a fabulous discount. I had contacted other upholsterers that balked at the job if I didn't buy their fabric. The chair turned out beautifully! I couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail and craftmanship is unparalleled. They even made a small pillow for the chair. If the occasion arises I will certainly use Frost again.

I didn't end up updating the upholstery on my chairs, but I was very pleased with the overall customer service I received at Frost. People were very friendly and willing to negotiate with me to find a solution that worked. Although, in the end, they helped me realize that my chairs were already in great shape and they didn't really need any work done - I just really didn't like the current fabric. I decided just to sell the chairs to someone that appreciated their beauty as they stood that day. I still really appreciate the integrity that I encountered while working with the people from Frost.

Greg arrived on time and took the back of the chair with him to adjust the stuffing in the chair. Gregg was great he understood my husband would need the chair returned as soon as possible so he had the job marked as rush. The chair back was returned in about three days and my husband is very happy and that's makes me happy. Thanks to Miss Betsy and Greg!!

Frost did an outstanding job reupholstering two ottomans. I had gone back and forth over whether to just buy new ones or upholster the old and I'm glad I decided on reupholstering. The company gave me a quick estimate and the job was done in less time than they predicted. I'd never use anyone but Frost in the future.

The foam size was cut about 1" too small and the cushion did not hold up for more than a month.

Greg Hasty from Frost came out to give me a free estimate. When I was ready to do the work it was Greg who came out again to pick the chair up and return it after the work was completed. The quality of the work was excellent. I was delighted and surprised when the chair was returned to discover a back pillow to match the chair was also delivered! The original chair did not have a pillow and I had not discussed having one made. Frost had the pillow made with some of my remaining fabric. I would definitely use Frost again!

They are excellent to work with including scheduling and helping one make choices of material. Pick up and delivery as promised. Highly recommended and I've had two friends use Frost Upholstery since I had my work done. I helped my Dad pick out fabrics to have work done by this same Company in the 1980's. If you have any problems.....they will repair/fix in a very timely manner.

The chair looks beautiful. The work was done in a very timely fashion, and I was happy with the price. Although I understand that they have fabric available, I was able to hit a 50% off July sale else where. They were fine with that. I loved the pillow that they sewed with a bit of extra fabric. They made arm covers too - which I understand are no longer free when you buy new chairs at the furniture stores.

Great experience, very quick turn around time and the piece looks beautiful

It went beautifully from start to finish. They provided an accurate quote using photo's I emailed. The appointment was scheduled for pick-up and they arrived precisely on time. They completed the work in only eight days (a quote from another firm a few months ago included an estimated completion time of about four weeks). The finished pieces look magnificent - these were quality pieces made by Ethan Allen - and the reupholstery looks as good or better than Ethan Allen workmanship. Frost even provided two throw pillows as a bonus - and I love and appreciate them. I've never had a better experience in having work done for me. This is a Ten-Star Company.

They were pricey but did wonderful work.
