Frost Upholstery

I decided against re-upholstery. For not much more money I bought brand new. My sofa and wing back chairs are in great shape. I just didn't like the color and the fabric. Gary or was it Greg...sorry I cant remember brought out several sample books. Then he brought out some more for me to look at. I had them for several days. But I just didn't find anything that I liked better than what I could get at the furniture store. I would definitely look to them in the future if I need any re-upholstery. I checked with them because of their high ratings here on the list.

They did excellent work and they did the work on time. When they say somethings going to take two weeks it does. I dealt with one person and both times he was very patient.

Very good experience. Greg was willing to come to our house on a Saturday to bring sample books and estimate costs of work. Was able to leave the samples for couple of days so we could live with the fabric choices. The quality of the work was great and pick up and delivery were scheduled easily. We did have to wait about 2 weeks to start the work because they are busy but that was no problem and shows they have plenty of business. I don't think re-upholstering is ever cheaper than buying new furniture but I think for their fabrics and workmanship, the cost was fine.

It was wonderful. It was very very very good. I was very pleased with the results. The staff are very professional, friendly, had great punctuality, and did everything you would want a company to do. Their product and service was very well done.

We had a 4 year old leather chair with broken springs. We were very frustrated that our warranty did not cover the cost of fixing it. We called Frost, and they came out that day, quoted us $100 on the spot, took our chair away and promised us it back in time for a party in less than a week. They were professional, fast, and very fair in price. Our chair is getting a ton of use now, and not just taking up space in our living room.

They came to the house with samples of material that they dropped off so we could take some time to look through them. There was a very nice selection of material samples. After we made our selection, they came back and picked up the chair and ottoman. It didn't take much time at all for them to do the work. The finished product was beautiful. They even made arm covers for the chairs. I would definitely use Frost again.

Greg was extremely nice and helpful. He was very easy to work with and he provided us with a lot of fabric books to look at. He was willing to work to our short notice time table. He recovered the furniture in one week after the fabric was supplied and he did a beautiful job. It was wonderful. The accent pillows' fabric wasn't cut right, but they were willing to work to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

I would recommend them in the future.

It went great! The owner walked me through the store to find the closest match to our fabric. He was very focused on getting it just right since the highly visible corners of the frame were part of the repair. He took his time, answered all my questions and was professional. The finished product was delivered before my husband's graduation party in May, as agreed upon.

The chair had new padding and cording. Also, touched up the wood where there were dings, etc.

The cost of the service that Frost had provided was a lot better than other companies I had looked at. Also, the service people were very friendly. They were also extremely professional.

The workmanship was excellent and completed when promised.

He was prompt for the appointment to discuss the work. On the phone, I had explained that we have several pets so need sturdy fabric, and he brought appropriate fabric for us to look at. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about his product. His price was much lower than we expected and after meeting with him, we saw no need to get any more estimates. The chairs were returned after only 4 days, and the work was beautiful.

Greg and his crew are ultra-professionals. From the estimate to the finished product we were 100% satisfied. Our furniture was picked up from a storage unit and delivered to our home when the project was completed. We had a very challenging entry to our basement for the sofas to maneuver and Greg and company refused to give up until a solution was found!

We were very pleased with the whole process. They were very accommodating in that they would leave the sample books and take a chair at a time while I decided on the next. It was a very comfortable system. That way we were not left with no furniture. We are 100% satisfied.

The company representative brought a large number of fabric samples to our house so that we could decide on a fabric in the room. After we made a decision, they picked up the chairs that same day. The work was completed two weeks ahead of their estimate. When they brought the chairs back, we noticed some inconsistencies in the "channels" in the back cushion. They took them back and completely reworked the backs. Apparently, their regular guy was out the week our chairs were being done and the guy doing the work didn't know to use a special forming tool. Frost's had the chairs back to us by the end of the week, and the work was excellent.

They don't come and pick up the furniture until they are ready to do it so you don't go without it for too many days. They are very reasonable and they do a good job.

Labor cost was very reasonable. Final product is beautiful.

They came and picked up my sofa from my home. They were on time. They gave a time limit that the work would be done in. It was done and returned to my home in the time they had told me it would be. The are very good with antiques.
