Most important to me, they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Very professional. The finished work is outstanding and we saved significant money by not having to buy new furniture.

Chair looks and feels like new. Service was very prompt. We had many sample colors to choose from, as well as types of materials to fit our budget.

I contacted the company to get an estimate on reupholstering my sofa. This is after purchasing one that was too large for the room and I was unable to return it. Greg brought upholstery samples the same week I called. I didn't find a sample I wanted so he returned another day with more samples. I found something I wanted, and he offered to move my recently purchased sofa to a consignment store at no extra cost. The work was completed as promised, and it was nicely done. I'm very pleased. Just wish I would have decided in the first place to have the old sofa reupholstered. It was a good experience -- calls returned promptly, arrangements made at my convenience, and a great job reupholstering.

Greg gave us a bid to recover our sofa. Nice guy. I thought was fair. I already had fabric that I purchased from Ethan Allen. They picked up the fabric and sofa and had it back to me in 2 weeks. Sofa looks brand new. Would use this company again.

It was a good experience. Frost Upholstery helped me select an appropriate fabric for the chair taking into consideration my room, other furniture, my dogs and my grandson. They included pick up and delivery in the price of the reupholstering. The chair and ottoman look great, and they weren't gone from our home for very long.

Told them there was no hurry but the chair was finished in a week. The owner was my main contact and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. I was very happy with the job done.

They are wonderful! They came out and took it immediately, and kept it for me until the fabric came in. They told me when they would start and finish and they delivered immediately! The piece looks brand new! They did a beautiful job.

Would use them again in the future. They did superb work.

Every part of my interaction with Frost was extremely professional. They were very timely in service (able to get it done in less than 2 weeks right before Thanksgiving!) and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. They even threw in a free pillow! The quality is impressive and it looks great in our living room.

They are good people. Considering the work that they did I would give the price an "A". They were also responsive and professional. The experience overall was just fine.

The seat springs in two Lane reclining chairs had broken. The chairs were several years old and out of production but the upholstery was in good condition. Frost's representative came to our home, gave us an estimate and returned later to pick up the chairs. The spring replacement was made without any damage to the upholstery and the chairs returned in about two days. Frost was prompt, coordinated the project well and did quality work. We had previously done business with them, and will consider them in the future.

I had the Frost company reupholster my couch, which they had also worked on about 6 years ago. This time I also had them completely reconfigure the cushions. The work was done while I was on vacation, so there was very little inconvenience involved. I'm so happy with results.

I was very happy with both the service and the end result. Greg came over and gave me an estimate. I had found fabric from another source that I wanted to order and he determined how much fabric was needed for me. He picked up my chair and ottoman and when the fabric was shipped, he returned to pick that up as well. He finished the job quickly and the results are beautiful. His pricing is competitive. I would use Frost Upholstery in the future without hesitation.

The man came to our home, brought samples, and talked with us about our chairs. After that, we nailed it down the three books of samples. He came down a second time and we narrowed the choices more. He gave us two days to make our final choice. They came and picked up our furniture and they completely redid them and they preserved the antique finish of the wood while cleaning it up. The kept the chairs for us until we were ready for them and they brought them back. The people that we worked with were so accommodating and they bent over backwards to make our requests work.

Mr. Frost was very responsive; came the next day after call and removed the chair and returned it within 5 days; very professional; excellent work and worked with our schedule. Would defintely hire again.

Punctual for estimate, had work done before delivery date, fine craftmanship--the chairs are stunning, a great example of why reupholstering can give you a unique piece of furniture.

VERY NICE PHONE SERVICE. GREG GAVE AN IN HOME QUOTE. WHEN FURNITURE CAME BACK, THE CUSHIONS WERE MUCH FIRMER (HARD!!!) THAN WE HAD WANTED. WE CONTACTED THE OFFICE -- THEY WERE VERY KIND AND SET UP A MEETING TO RE-DISCUSS OUR DESIRED OUTCOME, THEY PICKED UP THE CUSHIONS A SECOND TIME AND RETURNED THEM A FEW DAYS LATER...GREAT RESULTS!! A BIT PRICIER THAN WE WOULD HAVE LIKED, BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO WHATEVER WAS NECESSARY TO MAKE US HAPPY -- AND THEY DID!

They picked up the chairs on the same day as the estimate, but told me they would not get to them for another week. (Which was okay, I did not need them.) They called me several times to ask my opinion and dlet me know the status.

They were nice, punctual, and very helpful with fabric samples. He provided two estimates, one for replacing the fabric and one for four arm covers. Since we were not able to match exactly, he made the arm covers. They were delivered within two weeks of the estimate. They were awesome to work with. Their prices were very reasonable.

I was extremely happy with their workmanship. They told me the cost and it would be ready in 3 days. I returned in 3 days and the cushions looked fantastic. They were perfectly upholstered and wrapped in plastic. There wasn't any loose stitching. I was very pleased with their work. The employees were very friendly. I called to see when I could drop the cushions off because I was heading out of town. They also have an option to pick up and drop off service available.

I called and left a message and the lady called me back the same day with an estimate, which was by far cheaper than any estimate I received. I brought in my cushions that day and by the end of the week I was picking up my cushions. Highly recommend to anyone.

They did a very good job. I selected the fabric. I'm very happy with my chairs. The price was quite good.
