They came and picked it up and used the fabric I chose. They had it returned in a week as promised and I was very pleased with the job done. I would definitely use them again.

I have a cushion that needs to be re-upholstered. Its micro suede so I was curious as to how I am going to find the matching fabric. The lady I spoke with was very informative and nice. I will be taking my cushion in to get it fixed.

The quality of their work is outstanding. Their service is great. They are fabulous. If anything that goes wrong, they are right out here within 24 hours to take a look and fix it. They do a really good job. It’s their family business and they have been around for long time. I would use their service in the future too.

Greg came out to our house in Fishers with all sorts of fabric samples. He was very helpful in suggesting types of fabric for the furniture which is located in a sunroom which faces south. They picked up the furniture and had it all done a delivered back in 10 days. We are very pleased with the results. They both look brand new.

They are a very good company. They are very responsive and they delivered everything ahead of schedule.

Frost Upholstery did an excellent job creating a new cushion and repairing and the bottom to an antique, wicker rocking chair. We were so pleased with the work they did on that chair that we had them reupholster another antique chair. The folks at Frost were very accommodating, prompt and pleasant to work with. When it came time to either replace or reupholster a large chair and a half and a matching ottoman, we chose reupholstering. We couldn't find a style of chair and ottoman that we liked as well as what we had, and we trusted Frost to make our old chair and ottoman look like new. They did exactly that. Greg went out of his way to make sure we were happy with their work. I would definitely use Frost Upholstery again.

They did a nice job, and I have had no complaints. The workers were good. They did what I needed done, and the price was good. I priced it out doing it myself, and it was actually less expensive to have them do it; their padding should have cost them an arm and a leg. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We're very pleased. Our dining chairs have been done several times in the 35 years we've owned them and this is the best they've ever felt and looked. Frost even took the time to oil the wood. The sofa looks good as new (or will, as soon as we get it cleaned, which has worked miracles before, and it's probably 5-7 years overdue) and feels better than I remember as a teenager. My mom would be thrilled.

Greg answered the phone when I called, came to our house to look at the chairs and give us a quote, and brought a great selection of fabrics/leathers with him. Once we made up our mind (i.e. once our cat decided for us by falling asleep on the right sample) Frost picked up and dropped off the chairs for free. We were also welcomed to check out the progress at their shop after the first chair was completed--only one business day later. The whole project was done within a week, and well done at that. It could not have been easier or a better deal. Frost did very good (not quite excellent) quality work on these chairs, which have never looked better. Our experience completely confirmed our friends' recommendations to go with Frost.

He was very prompt in following up with a phone call. He was h ere on time and did what he said he was going to do. He was very accommodating. He brought multiple books in which I can look and buy. I really appreciate that.

They have a very good reputation. The people, who have used them, are very thrilled with them. I spent around $300 the last time I used them. The work was great. I was having six formal dining room chairs reupholstered. I was thrilled when I got there and found they actually had so much fabric on hand already. I didn?t have to order anything. I found the perfect fabric. They were very helpful working with the interior colors of my home. They were just great about different suggestions, colors, and patterns. They were very helpful in creating the look I was going for. They were very quick; they were phenomenal. They told me that it would take them 4-5 to finish the work. However, they called me in two days and told me that they were ready. They worked to accommodate me. I was very thrilled with that. They took off the entire seats and redid the seats. They were re-padded and restructured. I would use them again in the future.

Unfortunately, the cushion was too firm for my husband after they completed their initial work. He uses the chair for napping, and his neck and back felt uncomfortable while sitting on new cushion. Frost Upholstery responded to our problem, and made the cushion a little softer. They didn't dispute the issue whatsoever, and were very willing to help. Overall, we were satisfied with their work.

I laughed and kept saying wow when I saw my reupholstered grandmother's 123 year-old chair and parents' 46 year-old dining room chairs. Bessie matched the vintage tacks and taught me a lot about mohair fabric. The new cushions are nothing short of luxurious. Uncompromising quality and amazing attention to the tiniest details. Still raving to my friends and cannot say how much I adore my chairs even more now. It feels like I have my grandmother and parents with me. Only wish I had another excuse to work with Bessie and her staff again in the near future.

They were prompt, and it was done before they said it would be. The work was really good and they even moved some furniture so we would have something to sit on while they worked!! Above and beyond in my book

Frost did an excellent job replacing the seat pads and reupholstering my chair seats. I selected fabric from what they had in stock at the shop and the cost was $45/chair. They finished the job in 4 days and even delivered the chairs (free of charge) to our home on a Saturday. My chairs look and feel like new. We should have done this years ago! I highly recommend their work.

It was still under warranty but we had quite an issue with getting the correct part. Greg examined the chair and provided great advice. I?m currently following his suggestion contacting a welder. I appreciated the helpful information he provided.

Excellent. Frost certainly lived up to their Angie's List rating. They picked up and delivered at no charge and around my work schedule. Their work is beautiful and I have been posting pics of my chair on Face Book - my friends love it. My mom now has two projects to send to Frost and I have decided they will be my upholsterer for future projects.

The job went very well. They were here three times. All visits were exactly on time. The first was to quote the job - and give me the timing as to when they could do the work. Then, they picked uo the chair and footstool a week and one half later [Monday Oct 11]. Mr Hasty just dropped it off a few minutes ago. So, the turn-around was only four days. I would recommend them highly.

I took the chairs and cusions in and they recovered the chairs and added new foam. They put clear vinal on the cussions. The work was well done and the job was compledted very quickly. I highly recommend them.

The service went very well and I would recommend them highly. I do upholstery myself and the man I dealt with did a great job. They were very professional and in these times it is very hard to find a good upholsterer who knows what he is doing. That is a plus in itself. The materail and service were excellent and I was very pleased with the entire experience. They pick up and deliver for free which is another plus. After I had picked the material he came back to show me the material after they had received it. He wanted to verify that this was what I wanted and I greatly appreciated this. They have a very nice way of treating their customers. Anyone I have called from Angie's List I have been very pleased with. It is a plus being a senior citizen working with Angie's List because you can be comfortable with who you are calling.

I loved that he came to my home before he did the job and showed me the fabric. He came and got my sofa and had it back to me in a week. I am extremely pleased. My sofa is beautiful, they did a wonderful job. He also made me pillows!!

I was probably not the easiest customer for Frost to work with, but they always remained polite and respectful with me! Greg came out about 2 months prior to starting the job to give an estimate and leave material. Even though the material was beautiful, I didn't feel it matched the other furniture in the room. Therefore, Greg returned a couple of days later, picked up the material, and left more books. Still not satisfied with the patterns, I made a trip down to the shop with some colors to match, returned the old materials, and spent two hours going through more books. I took more samples home and after a few days, called Greg for more help. He came out again and suggested we order a full yard of two samples I had selected. (He didn't charge me.) He brought the samples out within a few days and suggested I "live with them" for a few days. I selected the material and placed my order. When the material came in, Greg picked up my furniture and the two material samples and said the job would be done in about 2 weeks. Then, about five days later I began to have second thoughts about the size of the throw pillows I requested to be made. I called the shop and asked if was too late to change my order. Luckily the pillows hadn't been started yet and they agreed to change the order. The entire project was completed in 10 days, including delivery. I'm thrilled with everything! I can't say enough about their fine workmanship and professionalism!!!!!!

Frost did an excellent job on my furniture. I am having him reupholster my porch furniture as well. I would highly recommend this company for , not only their excellent workmanship, but for their reliability and integrity. This company will do all my upholstery work in the future.

Greg came out gave estimate of material needed and price. He gave a discount on his original price which made me very happy. They completed the work as promised and then held the chairs for as long as I needed while I was completing another construction project in room where chairs were to be placed. They were right on time to deliver and made accommodations for my schedule. They were the best in customer service and the chairs are beautiful.

Everything went very well. He came to the house two times with samples, and was helpful in picking out the correct fabric. They picked up the furniture - a couch and chair with ottoman - and returned them about a week later. They are simply beautiful. Their workmanship is excellent!
