Description of Work: We had Keith do a complete inspection of our home, including additional mold testing. He did a very thorough job and inspected all the major components. I would of liked to have our washer & dryer inspected as it was a negotiating point with the seller, however he said they don't do that. I would of also liked a clear definition of what "major defects" are in the report so we could of used it negotiate with the seller. I still don't have a definitive answer on what is/isn't "major" in writing. From what Keith mentioned in person, it's area's that cause decreased value to the home, health/safety issues and making sure most items function properly (ex: cracked sink). We did get the sink fixed per Keith's direction. Thanks Keith! Keith did come back out to re-inspect the home owner's agreed upon changes, at NO cost, which was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with our budget. I would recommend Keith and From Top To Bottom again. He did a great job! For first time home buyers, check with your lender on how much you can ask the seller to bring to closing or ask for additional funds for cosmetic repairs so it's not out of your pocket, along with defining what is considered "Major" & "Minor" defects!!! This may dictate what you have to pay!!!
