Very well. Joe Kinney is very conscientious. He will do a good job. He is talented, gets the work done quickly and is reasonable. He is the first one I call when I need repairs at our house.

The job was excellent. The family has asked Joe to do numerous types of jobs and he always does quality work. His prices are fair and the work is done exactly how we request. We trust Joe Kinney and have referred him to friends.

He is smart as a whip and figures things out. He purchased some of the equipment and had another worker with him, which factors into the price. He had to go up in the attic, which is a challenge. He did great work and I would highly recommend him.

Joe worked with my husband and another man that he had helping him. They all worked together to straighten a garage that had been leaning for many years. We had other people who said the garage just needed to be torn down but now we have a garage that is no longer leaning. The only issue with Joe was that he did not have a phone for us to contact him just before he was to come and do the job. I would think that the issue has been rectified now.

Painted family room and entry way, walls ,ceilings,caulking. Two days. It went good. Looks great. Cleaned up everything nice.

Joe had the materials delivered the day before he started the work. He was on time and finished on schedule. Joe is very precise and efficient. He gives attention to detail, answers questions and stands behind his work. I will not hesitate to call Joe with my next project.

Joe used a jack and manpower to right our leaning garage. Then he stabilized the walls using plywood and 2 x 4's. He did this job in 3 days and he honored his estimate that was given. The only issue was we were trying to contact him the week before to make sure he was going to be able to do the job, his phone numbers were both disconnected. Not sure what that was all about but he did a wonderful job and we are very satisfied with his work.

We couldn't have been happier about our choice to hire Joe to do the job. He went above and beyond and really cared about our project. We ran in to a few issues with ordering our counter top from Lowes and Joe ended up doing some extra work in the beginning. When we received the counter tops and Joe started ripping out all our old, he realized the sink hole had been cut in the wrong place(by Lowes) on the new counter top. He ended up putting our kitchen back together( counters and sink hooked up) and actually loaded up the incorrect correct counters and drove them to Lowes to return. After we received the correct counters, we called Joe and he came back to start the work again. The job took about 2 1/2 days. He also ran in to an issue with our drain being clogged and he rented equipment to clear that up as well. The kitchen ended up looking wonderful and we've really enjoyed the improvements. I will be considering Joe for other improvements in the future.

It went well. Joe was able to fix the leak and fixed spray hose too. Joe has done several jobs for us. Unfortunately I have not posted after each. trying to find my papers to post exact dates He's busy but is honest and reliable.

This is not exact date and cost. Joe did the room and has done several things last year for us.

Joe is a very nice guy who works hard and does great work. He came recommended from my sister as he worked on their home as well. He knows his stuff!!! I'm very detail oriented and made a list of the exact things needed for our repairs from our home inspection, which where mostly cosmetic, as you can see from the list! :) Making a list only helps you control your budget and keeps everyone on pace with what needs to be done. I'd recommend this for any future home repairs to fellow AL members. At first, it was a bit of a struggle getting Joe to commit to the not-to-exceed pricing and confirmed deadline we needed but he agreed, as he's a small business owner and truly works off of his word. His word TRULY is his bond! Being the overly cautious/detailed person that I am and this being our first home purchase, I wanted both to help ease our uncertainty. He eventually agreed and I couldn't be more thankful!!! He came in on budget and on time. He had his workers take off their shoes while working on our carpet, fixed very minor painted areas that I missed on my list (yes, I did miss a couple things!!) without additional charge, responded to change orders quickly my wife and I requested, takes pride in his work, very detailed and overall, does great work!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE KINNEY FOR YOUR HOME!!! HE DOES A GREAT JOB!!! HE WILL BE DOING MORE WORK ON OUR HOME IN THE FUTURE AS NEEDED!!

Joe is a creative craftsman in figuring out solutions for our home. He also has reasonable prices. We've used him in the past and will continue to use him for handyman projects around our house.

He made a really bad job so that it looks good. He is sometimes a little soft on details. He was able to restore the gazebo, soffit, and the door and get them back to functioning in good order.

We have used Joe before and know his work. He had installed a new steel exterior door on my mother-in-laws house before she sold it and did a beautiful job. Before she moved into her new condo, he installed bamboo flooring in the great room and hall and painted the greatroom and kitchen. He did a very good job at both. We would use him again for any general work. He is even hauling some things away this weekend for us.

Perfect. Joe and his assistant showed up on time as scheduled, finished as scheduled, adjusted to our schedule needs, and went the extra mile to obtain a few needed parts, etc. As importantly, very trustworthy and reliable - did the work when we couldn't be home, AND the workmanship was absolutely top-notch. Will definitely hire Joe again.

We've done a lot of work with him. Joe is great and is easy to work with. He has affordable solutions. He is dependable. He gives you a quote and gets the work done. We always call Joe when we need something done. He has done siding, roofing, window installation and general handyman work. He has installed bathroom fixtures. He has done it all from top to bottom. He's a good guy. If he can't do it, he will make a recommendation. He is very prompt and anxious to help out. He does good work. We plan to use him again for the garage door.

No problems. It went fine. Here on time and start right to work.

TTB removed some wood decking and found the gutter not even attached, repaired all that. Removed downspout that was blocking view on porch, readjusted the remaining gutter there. Moved another downspout in back that running across yard. Attched others that were not even attached! It all went great. TTB charges by the hour mostly but it is fair to what I would have paid. I know the work will be high quality and they are reliable, which is worth a million for me.

It all went fine. I actually didn't expect him to get out the hose and all but it sure found the source.

It all went super. Shows up when he says. Work is high quality, gets all the details I don't even see. Cleaned everything up. I do better to just ask for a price to do the work instead of looking at it hourly, which is what I think he does. He does not play around he gets to work, and the price always fits others. Then on top of that I know he's reliable and high quality. That is big for me. My kitchen floor looks wonderful :)

He quoted his rates at about $45 an hour, a minimum of 2 hours. Roofing work would be $60 an hour. His rates are way too expensive. I won't say that I wouldn't ever use him, but because of his rates, he wouldn't be my first consideration for this. He is a nice guy though. He also directed me to his website, which I did check out. I think he tends to specialize in remodeling jobs, but will also work on handyman work. As a landlord he's not a cost effective choice for me.

He repaired about 40 years of mistakes and problems including from the time the home was built, previous owners and storm damage. He brought home back up to top grade level even though the original construction itself had problems. I plan to use them in the future.

Great! Worked 9 hours straight. Didn't charge for buying new doorknob. Excellent work, wonderful cleanup.
