We had called to get some estimates. Their's was very reasonable. They gave us references which were very good. They were right on time and very thorough. They were very neat as well. They followed up very well. They followed up again to see if I wanted to seal the pavers. They explained things very well. When I asked questions they were more than willing to answer my concerns.

He was very professional and friendly. I would have used their service, but the prices were a little too high for my budget.

The trees they sold me were infested with beetles. They had also been doing lawn and yard work as well, but after this experience I had to let them go. No other evergreens in my yard were infected this is how I know it came from them.

I contacted him. He was very efficient at calling back. He was very efficient at coming out to look at the project. He was very good at following up with a letter. Overall it was good experience, but we used another company who served our needs better.

Brian came out, listened to our problems and proposed good solutions. Unfortunately we weren't really sure what we wanted and since he was the first to come out, he was at a real disadvantage, as our ideas regarding what we ought to do changed and evolved as we heard various proposals and came to see what was our style and what would work best for us.

Brian Franco provided a clear estimate with the materials needed, labor and also included the sales tax which other companies did not provide.

When they came out they never called ahead of time to tell me they were coming out. They didn't finish it the first time so they had to come back. They never told me when they were coming back or that they were even going to come back. Then four of the plants grass was yellow within a week. They did do the work thorough.

We had water drainage problems because of the slope around our house-Water drained toward the walk out basement instead of away from it. We called Brian at Franco Landscaping because of his A rating with Angie's List. They regraded the back yard and installed a block retaining wall. We also had a cobblestone sidewalk put in that leads up to the front door. Dan and his crew did a beautiful job on the block wall and the sidewalk. We had some special drainage issues, and James resolved those with his Bobcat work in grading and creating swells for water drainage. James really understands water drainage, not everyone does. We also had some extra grading done in another part of the yard that wasn't included in the original estimate. The extra charge for that was very reasonable. The workers were friendly and pleasant. They worked consistently and efficiently. Brian, the owner, hires good people. We had a few things that needed a little extra work after the job was finished and paid for. Brian was quick to schedule workers to resolve the issues. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Franco Landscaping again. They are dependable. They are trustworthy. They clean off the sidewalks and the driveway once they are done mowing. They are always polite when I am there. If I ask them to do anything extra they are happy to do it for me.

We contacted Brian Franco to set up a meeting. When he arrived, he was punctual and very professional. We discussed our needs and he walked us thru the pros and cons of what we thought we wanted. He offered solutions to our existing drainage and uneven yard, he brought in numerous books, so we would know exactly what plants we were getting. He designed beautiful flower beds, incorporating our existing plants and flowers to fit our budget. We agreed on a time, he was very punctual and the project only took 2 days to complete. The yard is level now and the drainage issues have been corrected and the flowers around the house look wonderful.

They are pricey. They come every week. In the winter their snow plow dug into my turf, and they did not take responsibility and even gave me some attitude.

Brian Franco is very professional and gives an honest opinion. Doesn't try to sell things; offers straightforward suggestions. Came out and gave me a quote and was very close to his estimate. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely use them to do more things.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIBLE, AND PERFORM ALL FERTILIZATIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER.

THEY ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. I LIKE A NICE LAWN, THEIR TREATMENTS ARE CUSTOM TO MY NEEDS AND I PAY FOR SEVERAL TREATMENTS AT ONCE FOR THE WHOLE SEASON.
