Description of Work: Supervisor came from Franco and advised me that 2 men would be able to remove all leaves in the back yard in the allotted time. I was given a date around 12 November for the removal. When the work had not been done by the due date I contacted Franco during the week of Thanksgiving and was told that the company would send workers out. After Thanksgiving I noticed huge piles of leaves in the yard and figured someone would return to complete the job. After 2 days I took pictures of the mess and contacted Franco again. The supervisor came out and call me , apologized, and assured me that everything would be taken care of. When I returned from work the yard had been completely cleaned. I am giving Franco a Very Satisfactory rating due to the interaction with the Supervisor.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for fall yard clean-up. They set an appointment to come out and view the work that needed to be done, scheduled a time to do the work and when I came done the scheduled day they had been here and my yard looked great. Very professional and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Franco Landscaping did an excellent job picking up our leaves, on the first of two visits. There was a communication mix-up somehow (perhaps on our part, not sure) so they came Nov. 1 instead of a few weeks later after the trees in our back woods had dropp-ed their leaves. Finished in 35 minutes, and we paid for 60 mins., so they said they would come back and do the yard again after the woods' leaves were down, when we called them. Right after Thanksgiving we called them back and they promptly returned. It was a different crew this time and they didn't do as good a job as the first crew did, however. The $99 price quote was very fair. However, in the ad it wasn't mentioned that there would be an additional $35 charge for hauling away and dumping the leaves. I think that charge should have been mentioned up front in the ad. All in all, though, a fair price.

Description of Work: I live on a wooded lot, so the primary job was getting rid of leaves. I had also asked the salesman to have some pruning done on a couple of bushes & trees, there was also a planting area that needed to be cleaned up, and it was all done well. The salesman had come out in Sept to talk about what needed done, and the cost. He said the work would be done after Nov 15, and it was, which was good cause most of the leaves were down. I wondered if all the work we had talked about would be done, and it was. i was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Purchased the big deal coupon to remove old and dead shrubs in front/side of condo. Paid for additional labor to remove the mulch that had accumulated and to haul off the shrubs. Did an good job, however, they did forget to remove one of the shrubs - but they were veryh prompt in returning to take care of it. Thought for the additional hour of labor, they could have done a little better job of leveling and cleaning out more of the roots left behind when they pulled the shrubs out as the coupon was for 4 hours and the amount of shrubs in front of my condo was not a lot. Sales person who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. Would use again, however, I will be home the next time work is done - will not have it done when no one is there to observe.

Description of Work: They stripped a back house wall and shrubbery of tenacious vines. Cleaned vines off a ~30' chainlink fence, did a beautiful job of cleaning a heavily overgrown bed in front of that fence, trimmed all the bushes back, and then removed all the leaves from the bed, and over 4500 sq ft of driveway and apron. I was totally satisfied and plan on using them for my landscaping needs next year.

Description of Work: Company came in -4 strong- and removed two overgrown evergreens by my front door; and then they went on to trim all of the bushes/shrubs/evergreens along the front of the house. They were very efficient.

Description of Work: Removed large shrub (Juniper) several smaller shrubs with thorns, 1 dead shrub and 1 large bush, weeded and hauled everything away. Workers were very efficient and did an excellent job. To my surprise actually removed leaves that had accumulated by my front door. Thanks for a job well done.

Description of Work: They cleaned up excess dirt and "stump grinding mulch" from tree work that we had done. Also graded a little in the yard to even up a few high and low spots.

Description of Work: Franco Landscaping provides snow removals service for the roads in our neighborhood. After removing the wet heavy snow at the end of my driveway by hand, one of their dirvers made a pass on the road resulting in more wet heavy snow at the end of my driveway. I told him "Thanks" knowing he was just doing his job. Two minutes later he drove back again and plowed all the wet heavy stuff off the end of my driveway to the side so I didn't have to. He smiled, waved and was on his way. Even though I don't use their company for services at this time.They will be at the top of my list in the future. Thanks Franco!
