It worked out fine with Floors To Your Home. It's a good deal and I saved some money. It was pretty easy. I put the flooring in myself. I will most likely use them again.

They were fantastic. We came in at a pretty busy time (Saturday around lunch) and were immediately greeted and set up with a member of the staff to show us around the warehouse. They gave us plenty of time to browse and were very attentive to our needs. Truly asked all the right questions. We had Empire Flooring out on Friday night to give us an estimate and they quoted us $9500 at half off to do only 506 sq ft of engineered hardwood. Floors To Your Home quoted us $1700 for a little more square footage (we bought an extra box in case we needed to replace boards down the road or any of the boards were unusable). As first-time homeowners we couldn't have been more grateful to have the help of someone who is experienced and more concerned with us having durable, long-lasting flooring than just making a sale for the sake of making a sale. Great explanation of all the different products they offered (laminate/hardwood/carpet, first and second quality). We left with a ton of samples and ended up calling to pay for our flooring over the phone on Monday morning, as they are not open on Sundays. They came and installed it Tuesday. EXCELLENT installation! I can't imagine a more quick and painless process for the homeowner. Removed our 10 yr old carpet and disposed of it for us, installed our hardwoods, and took care of everything else. Very professional, did not leave any trash, and took care to stick around while we went over it and explained to us how the day went and that there were no snags. Will definitely be using them soon for our upstairs carpet replacement!

The service was great. They had good deals on it, and I worked with somebody in terms of gettint it shipped here, and she was wonderful. I would recommend them because they have good pricing and good customer service.

My wife is out of town on business and I wanted to surprise her with a home makeover. The big expenditure I had planned to pull it all together was replacing our old nasty 12 year old carpet with laminate flooring. I shopped online and in person at several dealers from big box chains, to smaller value stores and none could beat the overall pricing, quality, or selection of Floors to you Home. I was worried about the delivery time since I had hired people to install the flooring for a set date and they were able to have my flooring on my curbside a day after I placed my order (this being because I live in Indianapolis, same location as the vendor). When the crew I hired showed up they were impressed with the quality, thickness, and ease of installation of the flooring I picked. They were asking me where I purchased it because they also had plans to remodel their own houses and really liked the flooring. Another plus is that since this is a surprise for my wife I didn't want the purchase to show on our credit cards or main bank account and Floors to your Home also accepts paypal! The floor is installed, looks great, and I can't wait for my wife to come home and see it for the first time.

It was very reasonably priced and I did a lot of shopping, they were considerable less than other big stores. They had a great selection to choose from and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation went very well. There was a crew of 2 people and they were done within a day.

They were very courteous and they were knowledgeable about their product. The facility is very nice with a lot of variety of materials you can choose from, which I like. Their prices are competitive.

It was a great experience. It was very easy to work with them and their prices were reasonable. I got my samples right away. The product came very quickly and it came in good shape. The quality is good but I can see some faults in the wood grain.

First Lets get the coupon that they offer Angie's list member correct. Its 5% off only if you pay cash not by check and its not honored on carpet padding. I have my bill of sale to prove it. The sales man is a smooth talker and just takes a few cents of the carpet rather than the entire order, after figuring it all up, they ripped me off 35.00. I had 55.33 yards of carpet cut to room specification, as measurements were given to me by the carpet installers. My carpet was picked up by the installers on 11/2013. Each cut was about 6 inches short. I had a total of three cuts. Carpet can be stretched about 3 to 4 inches. After calling Chris to complain: he said I would have to return all the carpet and repay for new cuts because obviously my measurements were incorrect. My measurements were not incorrect and my installers educated me and said that's the excuse they use to get you to return to the store and have you buy more carpet by adding more to the measurements, which would cost you more money. remember they work on commission. My measurements were exact, as I am on a budget and wanted no leftover carpet. My installers said the carpet I bought could be seemed together without noticing it, and they could use the extra piece from the jog in the wall to seem it. So I let the installers seem it in the closets where you would not notice the seems. This avoided more time off from work and the installers would not loose time, as they had another job to go to. Take a calculator with you, and don't get ripped off ! In rebuttal to your 90 years of service, did it ever occur to you that most people don't waste there time with reviews, or perhaps that most of your negative reviews are about Chris. AND I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DISCOUNT ON MY PADDING !! Do you need my bill of sale proving it , I would be more than happy to show it to you. Also you were made aware by the installers that it was short ! Chris was asked to have someone come out when the error was found, his excuse was that they don't have someone there who does that, and its cash and carry. So because your company is cash and carry, means you don't care what happens when the product leaves your store ! I need to mention that you WERE a good customer of many landlords in the Speedway area, but because you failed to call me back to go over the yardage error and no discount on the padding proves you are in the wrong ! Not to mention that the installers time is VALUABLE also.. I should have used Hoosier Carpet of Indiana in Brownsburg, which is who my neighbor( a landlord ) is using . Also it would be appreciated if you would get the full story from your employees or ask them if the had any unhappy customers, then place a redundant ignorant reply, boasting that you have a award on Angies list ! Just because you are on the list doesn't mean that you cant give POOR QUALITY of service ! Rebuttal, I don't care how you stay in business.. You still ripped me off on the padding and my installers made not noticeable seems, to get the job done, with my approval.. They had a full schedule and had to go to another job, their time is valuable , as is mine, don't you think so ? So why don't you give me the discount on the padding ?? You still offered me no compensation after your SALESMAN Chris spoke to my installers about the shortage !! I was suppose to get 5% off the entire order, you have my receipt as I do, ... so what was the problem with the 5 % on the padding ? I am still waiting for m 5 % discount on my PADDING, of course you had no mention to that !

When we went into Floors to Your Home we were greeted by our sales person Chris. Chris seemed okay at first but we ended up being one of the reason why we didn't purchase from them. While he was very helpful he was annoyingly unprofessional, and rarely even looked or talked with my wife. Don't let the price fool you the majority of the products are low quality. The laminate we almost went with that was very nice looking, after a more detailed look, had a base of pressed cardboard instead of MDF (bring a sample to any of the big box stores and see for yourself before you buy). You could tell because where they cut the samples the cardboard backing was beginning to separate and you could actually see the layers of cardboard delaminating from the cut. When I asked about the manufacturer I was told it was made in China for them directly, which must have been the case because there was absolutely no reviews on the product or manufacturer. We also looked at a couple of engineered hardwood flooring. One of the products was a second and while it was very nice looking we were told it was 90-95% usable, but when I had them open a box and sorted through it (seconds cannot be returned) I felt it was 10% usable and 90% scrap. We also looked at a few first products and while the price was very good the wood was very soft and the veneer was extremely thin. Overall you just need to be an educated consumer and be very careful what you buy because they are only there to make a sale. If you are only looking for price it would probably be okay, but you will definitely get what you are paying for. I wouldn't waste my time even taking a trip over there if you are looking for mid to high end products. We also didn't like our sales persons high pressure sales attitude.

Very easy to work with. Wife picked up the wrong flooring and they allowed us to exchange it. I highly recommend using the installer they recommended, his name was Rob Green. He was very nice and did an excellent job.

They did not represent the carpet well. They now say that they are not responsable for the qualaty of the carpet and said that the blame is on the manufacturer. They also claimed that there is no warranty for those carpets.

I went to their location to pick out the type of carpet I wanted. They had a lot of options and showed me the pros of each one I was looking at. Shawn came out and took measurements for my entire house. Once they got everything they needed, they provided me a quote very quickly and promptly and it was actually cheaper than I initially expected. Scheduling was extremely easy and they actually let me do the instillation in two days so I could have time to get everything cleaned up. The instillation crews were on time and very professional. They moved everything and put everything back exactly as it was on top of the new carpet. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. I would recommend Floors to Your Home to everyone who has any flooring/carpet/tile needs.

Everything went very well. I went to their showroom and looked at a few different type of tiles. Brian was very helpful explaining the different types of tile and what would be best for my kitchen and bathrooms. They let me take a few small samples so I could pick the right tile. After I purchased it, they helped me get everything ready and loaded. The tile is now in my house and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the product and service I was provided by this company.

I went into the showroom and found what I was looking for. They sent someone out to measure, during which time I learned that laminate flooring would not work because of my older home's wavy floors. I was given some other options including a very nice vinyl plank that had the look I wanted. The whole team worked very hard to answer my questions, help me find a flooring that would work, looked nice, and was in my price range. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, they were always patient and helpful. Everything was delivered and they helped me find an installer who did the job well and inexpensively. The flooring looks great and I was able to stay in my budget.

I found them on Angie's List. Floors To Your Home is very prompt and waiting on you. They don't have a lot of employees, but I guess I must have come at a very good time. I went there yesterday for material. What I wanted yesterday was not enough for them to come and install the carpet because they have a minimum, so I would have to look for a private company. I was disappointed about that because I'd rather deal with just one company, because the less people you deal with in general, the less problems you have. I was looking for sheet vinyl compared to wood vinyl and they didn't have a large selection.
