Do not buy their discount flooring. They will lie and false advertise saying it's all in color and when it arrives you will get two different colors. Then they will tell you there's nothing they can do for you because it was sold as a lot as is, even though they misadvertised and put two different colors in the palette when it was all supposed to be one color. Also their delivery truck couldn't make it to my house and I had to go unload it in the heat into my car and put weight in my car. My car could not handle. They also said this was not their problem because they use a third-party company. So I have a whole bunch of flooring that will go in the trash wasted $776 because I do not have all of one color as advertised and the company is refusing to do anything about it saying it was sold as it's sold as is and false advertising? Do not waste your money. Go to a real flooring store or to Lowe's home Depot or Menards. You will have better luck of getting all in color and the correct flooring and not have false advertising cuz you'll actually be able to see it in person

Terrible communicators, and deceptive online descriptions. Do not trust Floors to Your Home. Sales rep" Stephen "Floor Man" Tate ignored my calls and emails, he waited so long that the vinyl flooring product I was interested in went out of stock before I could order. Don't know how he got a job in sales. Another product they sold me was "cabin grade" oak flooring. 2 1/4 x 3/4" Golden Oak. On the site they do have a video telling you what to expect with cabin grade. They recommend ordering ~20% extra. I ordered a "sample," and the sample looked fine, about what I expected. Problem is, when I got the ful product order, 40% was unusable. Either warped, stripped tongues, massive boreholes through the board, or extremely off color and botched staining. I tried to work with them on a solution, and order 250sqft more board, but they wanted to charge the full $700 in shipping for $800 of product! I followed their instructions, I communicated with them, and they besically told me "too bad, that's how cabin grade is." Recommend finding your flooring source elsewhere, unless you like dealing with dishonest people that will screw you over with no intent on backing their word. Also, I found the same product after the fact at a competitor site for 30% less than their price, and shipping was $400 less. Salt in the wound. Photos show the sample I got and then what was actually in the boxes Floors to Your Home sent.

Would not reccomend. We needed an extra 3 boxes of Pergo vinyl floor could not find it locally so we drove 6 hours (round trip) from Downers Grove to pick it up. When contractor went to install the product was defective and cracking and breaking. Asked to return 3 unopend boxes and was told they do not do returns that are less than 4 boxes per store policy. We were never told this. Also. there was a 25% restocking fee and a 3% credit card penalty. Basically held our $275.00 hostage. Do not do business with this company.

We unfortunately have had an absolutely terrible experience with Floors To Your Home. Don't believe their 5 star rating- they make you rate them 5 stars before any work is done while you are with the sales people in the warehouse. We were referred from a family member after they had a great experience, but ours has been nothing but issues. The contractor hired to install our floors had zero attention to detail with no integrity for his work. There was little to no clean up, nail holes left in baseboards, and concrete dust swept into the basement on purpose to be left in a pile. They did not reset our toilet properly and haphazardly finished the quarter round, not even bothering to nail in entire sections. They incorrectly set up our washing machine causing our entire basement to flood. They wanted to re-use the soaking wet vinyl planks after they had been flooded under. This is with ZERO compensation for the flooding costs. This company requires you to pay up front for everything and then will ignore emails with issues. They do not care about performing a job to completion and just want your money and will do less than the bare minimum. I am so disappointed.

We ordered cabin grade flooring from this company and we are aware that with Cabin grade there can be differences in size, quality, color and other issues. Our problem is the website states that they will send varying lengths of flooring. We ordered 1900+ sqft of flooring and 80%+ is under 18”. While having small pieces is fine the amount we have makes installing the floor impossible along with the fact it would be ridiculous. When disputing this with the company the man I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, condescending and even laughed. We spend close to $5000 on this flooring and we can’t use it. We even asked for a refund which they said no. Then stated we would like 50% refunded as we will have to now spend slot more money buying the non cabin grade version from Home Depot to blend with this product costing us another $4800 and they said no. We don’t have a lot of money for this project and this company has put us in a bad spot. Really heart broken over the way we have been treated and feel we got duped.

It went extremely well. Mark, my salesperson, was very helpful and maintained excellent communications with me from beginning to end. Mark went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring and installation.

We moved here from out of state. Before moving, we wanted the basement flooring replaced. Tommy Sharpe worked with us via the phone and email sending us photos of various options. He even setup the install without us being present. The installation process went without a hitch. The main two installers of the vinyl flooring, Phil and Brandon, did an excellent job. We also had some carpet installed by two other installers who did a great job. We highly recommend Tommy, the installers, and Floors To Your Home.

The product is good and the installation was well done. They were scheduled to be here on the 7th and no one showed up and in the process of figuring out what happened we found out that the lady who put it on the schedule spoke with her boss who misunderstood our name and got us mixed up with someone else so on the 7th they sent the installers to someone else's home. They were over an hour late when they did come on the 8th and they came into our home smelling like smoke.

I had the bamboo delivered to my home, If any pieces arrived with any damage, they replaced the pieces no questions asked. My handyman laid the flooring and it looks great! very elogant. The bamboo was USA made and 1/5th of the price that Lowes charges for the same quality. It was a no brainer to go with Floors to Your Home. Then a week later, there was a major sale on Mohawk carpeting that I took full advantage of. Brandyn once again helped me choose the best carpet, pad, and other products that I needed to serve my goals. I am a 25 year old guy -- not necessarily loaded with money, but have high taste. He helped me work with both of those factors at the same time. Carpet was installed today by Falcon Carpet -- they also were very professional, thorough, and clean/respectful in my home. They called before they arrived and made sure I was happy before they left. All in all, I highly recommend Floors to Your Home for your flooring needs! Thank you!!

It went well. Everything was very good. Sales was good. Install was good. They cleaned up everything really nice. They did our whole first floor, so that was a lot of installation. They moved the furniture that needed moved. I have no complaints. We had one issue where there were scratches where they moved the piano. They were very prompt and corrected the issue.

The end product was exceptional. They were very responsive and provided some excellent alternative strategies for our floor. The workers were superb and made excellent suggestions to the completion of our flooring, which worked out very well. They cleaned up very well, everything was gone. They did wear bootie protectors. They were cautious when tearing out the old carpet, the wood cutting was done outside. There were no issues at the end.

The showroom had a really nice selection and reasonable pricing. We were able to take samples home and quickly purchase and pick up our selection at the showroom. Hayley and Chris were excellent to work with.

Purchased approx, 1500 hundred square feet of engineered flooring. Cheryl was knowledgeable and a joy to work with as to what I needed. The rest of the employees are considerate and will take care of any problems that might accure. The cost is way below any of the chain stores. i am looking forward to purchasing product in the future.

We only purchased flooring materials. We did not have them install. We are pleased with the materials.
