My floors are beautiful. My Floors to Your Home sales associate was cery helpful in helping me select my flooring and answered all my questions about the flooring such as floor care and wear. I was debating hardwood versus laminate but went with a high end laminate.

Everything was great. I liked their promptness because they had to come out and do an estimate. They offered suggestions and other options based on what I wanted to do. When they came out to the house, they were prompt. They were timely in taking the measurements and get back with me with the quote.

The job was done in a few short hours and I would use them again if and when needed.

They were very helpful on selecting the floors. They loaded the floors into my home.

It's as if we are in a new house without having to move. We had three estimated and all companies had knowledgeable salespeople. But we had trouble finding a flooring company that would provide a heated floor. We had a heated bathroom floor put in our previous house in the 90's and it was wonderful in the winter. Floors To Your Home does not have a fancy salesroom but the service was first class and the cost with the heated floor (ceramic tile) in a large bathroom was the same as the other companies with unheated vinyl tile in the bathroom. Shawn, the salesman, was very helpful as we picked out our colors and styles and later showed up every day as the flooring was installed. The instillation crew was very professional. The crews were careful not to damage anything in the house and cleaned up well. We felt the foreman, Chuy, was knowledgeable, worked well with the team, and kept us informed. What we thought was a four day job was finished in two and a half days. They moved the furniture carefully and put it back in a different configuration. We had a minor problem with the heated floor and Shawn did not make any excuses about the problem. He offered a few options. We took one and are happy and satisfied. The previous heated floor had a simple on and off switch. This new 21st century unit has several settings and allows for a wide range of options. We are trying it out, but it has not been very cold yet. It looks like it will work well.

We chose them for the work because their prices and product were both good. They completed all of the work in one day. It turned out great.

The purchase was fine and the pricing was good. From what I recall, they wouldn’t complete installation under a specific square footage amount. They were able to refer me to an installer for the work. I was happy with Floors To Your Home. However, I was not too pleased with the work from their referral.

When I went into the store, they immediately greeted me and were able to direct me to the area I needed to go. Their prices are reasonable. When I went in to purchase the tile, I had brought over a carpet sample so that I could match the carpet in the basement. The salesman was able to suggest a color they had that was being discontinued. The product that I had purchased for the stairs and landing matched perfectly. I wanted to ensure they had enough carpeting from the roll for all of the areas needing covered and it worked out well. They offered a good variety of colors. The only problem I had with the carpet was at the fault of my installer. Everything has been fine.

The experience working with them was great. After getting several quotes from other companies, my wife and I were surprised to get quotes that were about double what we had expected and budgeted for. Right when we were giving up hope, we came across Floors to Your Home. Jeff was able to assure us over the phone that they'd be able to beat the quotes we had been given and help us get a quality installer. My wife went and picked out the flooring and said that Jeff was very helpful in explaining all the differences between the real wood floors, engineered hardwoods, laminates, etc. We also got lucky that the installer they suggested had a cancellation and he was able to come out and get the job done just 2 days later! He came that morning and was finishing up by the time I came out. They also installed all the quarter rounds, moved the furniture, and cleaned up.

I purchase approx'ly 1300 square feet of laminate flooring from Floors To Your Home; I worked with a sales person named Chris.He is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained the differences in flooring and recommended types that would do well for what I needed. Once the flooring was purchased they stored the floor until I was ready for placement. Chris had recommended three different providers for installation. Chris was very confident that any of the three would do an excellent job and he was right. I called Rob Wright who gave me an estimate over the phone and we set a date. Rob picked up the flooring and for three days installed my flooring. He and his worker did a fantastic job; the flooring looks beautiful and if you didn't know it was laminate you would think this was hardwood. I will be looking at tile next and would certainly go to Floors To Your Home again and s/w Chris and I would have Rob back again to lay the tile. I recommend them to anyone looking for a very nice selection of flooring from hardwood, tile, to carpet. i also received a handwriten thank you note from Chris. Who does that anymore?!

The first time we ordered the flooring back in June 2012, I called and placed the order over the phone since I was unfamiliar with them and had lots of questions. The woman I spoke to (forget her name) was wonderful and answered all my questions. The flooring arrived within the week. Only bad part was that it gets delivered curbside (61 boxes)and we have a long uphill driveway so it was quite a workout for my husband and nephew. We loved the flooring so much that we decided in February 2014 to get rid of the remaining carpet in the bedrooms and purchased the same flooring only this time I did it online. Was super easy and we are extremely happy with our purchases. We saved thousands by going to Floors to Your Home as we had originally gotten a quote from one of the big box stores and it was astronomical to say the least. For what they quoted us, we bought the flooring and had it installed (glued not floating), painted all the rooms and baseboards, had a pocket door installed, glass tile back splash installed in kitchen and natural stone wall surrounding fireplace! We did the demo of all the old tile and carpet ourselves but we still didn't spend what the big box store wanted.

The prices were really good as far as prices locally, and as far as shipping, everything came through without any problems. The interaction was good. I placed the order online, and I didn't speak to anyone at any time. I will be installing the floor. They delivered it when they said they were going to.
