poorly. received quote for service $2200. quote was based on a price point. salesperson listed a product for quote purposes not chosen by me. returned to store to choose carpet product. told to return in about a week as supplier would be visiting and would probably mark some carpets 50 percent off. returned a week later. directed by salesman to carpets marked down 50 percent. choose carpet marked down 50 percent (price per sq ft was 2 cents less per sq ft than price point chosen for quote). told total would be about $400 more than quote because quote was incorrect. after much discussion, manager andrew said he would honor original quote. quote stated we would be charged $89 to remove hallway laminate unless we did it. we decided to remove laminate to save $89 but left the transition area for the flooring people to manage as we were not sure what to do with it. installers claimed no saw to make straight cuts. andrew said it was implied that laminate would not need adjustment before carpet could be installed. was told by andrew $175 more to finish job and that we should have known laminate needed adjustment before carpet could be installed. BUYER BEWARE!....will not use this company again. very unprofessional with unethical business practices...also, carpet was seemingly purchased off ebay...ebay tape all over the carpet

They did fine. Yes. That they do good work. That they are a little pricey. The work took one day.

They just recently did some work in our house and we were very pleased with it. They were very professional, gave accurate estimates throughout so we knew what the price was going to be before anything was ordered and before anything was installed. They completed the job faster than what was estimated and the follow-up was excellent.

The staff was very helpful in explaining the different floors and worked with me to get the best one for me to meet my requirements. The floor is beautiful.

The buying experience was great. The salesperson and the person doing the measuring were professional and pleasant. The installation is where things took a dive. Things did not go well. They were extremely unprofessional. I came in to find our television covered by dust from the tile removal. I asked if they had plastic to cover electronics and one of the workers put a plastic sheet halfway on the television. There was so much more that it was comically unprofessional. Things, such as quarter round not installed, were left incomplete. There was so much. I tried to point a few out to the install leader, and he half-heartedly finished some of the issues. I decided to cut my losses and tried to finish and repair on my own. I soon noticed peaking. I called, and called. I finally learned to ask for people by name and got through. They had an inspector come out who said they should call me within a week. I never heard from them. I have called repeatedly with no return calls. This was around a year ago.

So far OK. Carpet installed beautiful job, waiting for laminate to be completed. If you go to store ask for Tommy he will take good care of you

Everyone from sales to installers were very helpful. Installers arrived at the time I was told they would and had everything done in a couple of hours. Very happy with quality of carpet and the installation process. Will definitely use again.

At the Noblesville store, we looked through all their solid and engineered hardwood. We found exactly what we wanted for $1.99/sq ft. This is an amazing price, but on top of that, it was BOGO free (per box). So, we essentially paid $1/sq ft for engineered hardwood. This is an INSANE price. It was listed as 2nds quality, which usually means some damaged and short boards in the box. We can't find any reason this was marked 2nds. There are a few damaged boards, but VERY few. There are some short boards, but those are needed for installation anyway. They recommend you to purchase 20% extra when buying 2nds, which we did, but honestly we will have so little waste. We'll have enough to do another room in our house. The salesperson at the Noblesville location was extremely helpful and quick to check us out at the register. Also, 2 small things that really went above and beyond: 1. They had a small area at the front with half walls and a gate for kids to play. Table and chairs, coloring books, toys. That is amazing! My daughter actually cried when we had to leave, haha. 2. The forklift driver that was driving toward us actually stopped and said, "Hey, I saw a little girl running around earlier. I don't see her now, is she close? I want to make sure she's safe before I go any further." Again, AMAZING! You don't see customer service like that very often anymore. Floors To Your Home is now my go-to flooring store. I seriously doubt I'll ever shop for flooring somewhere else. I only wish I had known about them years ago! 1000 sq ft of flooring = $1000 900 sq ft of pad = $400 (upgraded to the nicest pad they carried as we were getting such a good deal on flooring)

It was pretty good. We wanted something very quick to happen. They came out the same day and measured. The next day they were here installing our rug. It was a good experience. They did everything that we asked for and they made adjustments. There was a little bit of resistance at first to meet our timetable and then they said, "Absolutely, we'll make it happen."

We purchased enough wood flooring for our entire first floor. Matt was helpful in making a choice that we can live with and be happy for years to come. We had a smooth planning and budgeting effort from Darren who came out and measured and broke down the estimate so that we could see where every one of our flooring dollars was going. The installers were prompt, efficient and incredibly neat. They obviously take tremendous pride in their work. You will not get more for your money anywhere, and with a crew that will be sure you are happy in the end!!

A wasted call and recommend the company changes their name! I even took the time to write this because it was a disappointment to waste my time - now I am wasting more to hopefully to help someone else.

The price was half of what Lumber Liquidators is plus they delivered it to my house by UPS and they even put in my garage for me and this is the third house that I have done with their flooring product. I highly recommend it. There is great savings buying from Floors To Your Home versus the big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's. They are half the price. Sure their product is irregular in shortcuts but my floor looks beautiful. My wife loves it and I did my daughters house in a couple of homes in Indianapolis that we lived in. I highly recommend them nationwide. They delivered at UPS. The UPS man brought it into my garage I didn't have to unload it off the back end of the truck so I highly recommend. I am very happy with the product.
