I like everything about the company.
They put the carpet in by the time requested, it looks great! They came in cheaper than other companies and installation was quick.

The quality of materials was good, the warehouse is no frills, which is probably why prices were so reasonable. Items were in stock so no waiting. Our salesman was professional and efficient. Floor To Your Home has been great.

When I went on their website, they had a chatbox, which I used. The employee that I chatted was so helpful; he really helped me pick out what I needed and answered all of my questions. I was a fan of their Facebook page as well, and had noticed that the price on their flooring had gone down. They offered to refund me the difference, which I thought was great! The follow up on when my flooring would be here was wonderful, and the entire experience was just great overall.

It was a good experience overall. They were pretty responsive with working with us, and arranged a delivery to a custom location. The product was as advertised and was installed fairly easily.

The experience was good. The shipping wasn’t that great; I think it’s kind of misleading. They were always available on the phone and answered my questions.

I haven’t had the flooring installed yet, but as of now, the experience has been good. The material and the delivery, along with everything else, have been good. When the delivery arrived, there were two damaged boxes on the palate. I called the company, and with no problems I had replacement boxes out within three days, which was good service! I did a lot of comparison shopping before the purchase and their prices were the best I could find. Their warranty is great, which is a lifetime residential warranty.

They suggested an installer who ended up being excellent instlling my floor. The installers were always on time and very neat and clean during the process of installing my floors. I would highly suggest this business. The installers also told me how to take care of my floors and they still look like to as of today., I am in the process of planning to carpet the upstairss bedrooms and I will purchase my carpet from this business!

Excellent selection of carpeting in all price and quality reanges.
Very good installation job. Punctual, fast and followed direction where necessary.
They took odd, large pieces of new carpet, but we were able to recover by calling the store when we realized it was gone.
Purchasing was not rushed. Delivery and scheduling of installation was easy and to our schedule.

The flooring I received looks nothing like what I ordered through the website. I ordered 3/4x5 inches, but I received 5/8x5inches flooring. Also, the flooring has horizontal hatchet marks to make it look distressed, but I ordered hand scrapped flooring. Even the color is different. I?ve contacted Floors To Your Home about this issue, and they said I could ship the flooring back. However, I would have to incur the shipping cost which is $799.00. I feel that they grossly misrepresented their product because it looks nothing like the picture that they provide on their website.

"We are sorry the member is upset with her purchase, but unfortunately she has some facts incorrect. First, the product is ¾” thick. We have no idea what exactly the member is measuring. Second, the flooring by any definition is absolutely a handscrapped product. We have no idea why the member does not think it is. Third, even though the picture on our site is the product the member purchased, every computer monitor is different and pictures (especially colors) can show differently. This is the exact reason we have a policy on our website stating “Product images will vary in color due to many factors such as monitor type, scan quality, etc. Images are not intended to duplicate exact physical appearance, but to serve merely as a guide or point of reference. If you require accurate visual inspection of a product for such factors that cannot be conveyed accurately by the images on this website, we recommend that you order a sample of the product prior to obtaining a quote and/or purchasing the product.” We offer samples of our products for only $1 so customers are able to see, touch and feel our products before placing orders. The member chose not to do this. Our return policy clearly states, and the member agreed to the policy with her emailed confirmation, that should there be a return the customer is responsible for shipping both to and from the customer."
