They did a very good job. I thought the prices were reasonable. They have a warehouse type setting. We were very pleased with them.

It turned out good. I had purchased a new product that was just on the market. There wasn’t too many people carrying the product but they had by far the widest selection. The product arrived very fast and we had no issues.

It was amazing. If we needed more flooring, we would definitely buy from them. They were extremely helpful and they had a huge selection. The price couldn’t be beat.

My daughter and her family were really pleased with this representative and this company. They were out for a quote on Monday 1/28/13, and will be returning to do the work on Wednesday 1/30/13. Overall to this point, very pleased.

After living for years with the existing carpeting in the basement and upper levels, we decided it was time to invest in new. We had a full family room in the lower level, an office and two more bedrooms upstairs, a long L-shaped hallway and twelve steps to do. Floors to Your Home was so well rated on Angie's List that we looked there. The prices were terrific, much better than a standard carpet store, and it was even better than Lowes (see further on for why).. The entire staff was knowledgeable, personable and attentive. After making our selection of pad and carpet, we talked installation. Lowes had had a tempting promotion on the installation, but then came their fine print--just like the airlines--start with a flat price and then nickel and dime you to death for every single extra thing you need (steps?--Oh, extra charge per step; moving furniture?-- Oh, heavy pieces are $50 each; or, Oops-Sorry, we don't move that sort of thing, you'll have to do it, etc.). Floors to Your Home moved EVERYTHING. No extra charges for a four-poster bed or large dresser with mirror. No extra charges to move a large, heavy corner desk unit in the office. No refusal to move a treadmill, a large-screen TV or other electronics. In the end, we told them to do the entire installation with their crew. They worked with us on timing. It was impossible to prepare three bedrooms upstairs and a hallway for just one day's work. Where would we put everything? They agreed to do the master on a Friday, then the rest of the upstairs the following Monday. We had the weekend to clear out the office (huge job!). Crews were clean, efficient and good. We still have one more room to do in a couple more weeks, but I have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so. They are just terrific.

I was in and out of the store all summer, just couldn't quite decide. Ryan was very patient and provided superb service every time I stopped in. Finally, he helped me pick out a style that was just what I wanted, it had just come into stock that week. I appreciated not feeling pressured to buy anything, but instead supported during the decision making process.

I didn’t have any problems. I just made purchased and did the rest myself. They did show us which wood that they recommended.

Their service was good. They had good prices and a good variety of product. They also had financing available. Overall it is a pretty good business.

They didn’t actually do the work in the home. The laminate we wanted, we thought we could purchase at first but they didn’t have enough of it which the salesman was not aware of. We did negotiate the backing of the floor. We did get it resolved to our satisfaction. It would have been better had the salesmen known what he had in stock instead of selling us something they didn’t have. We did bicker back and forth with the owner. The floor is very nice.

They did an excellent job. Their service worked out very good. They are dependable. I would use them again without hesitation.

We purchased flooring for our kitchen, hall & half bath. We worked with Ryan and chose water proof vinyl laminate. My husband just finished laying it and it looks great! We purchased wood laminate for our living room/dining room area last year from Ryan and were very pleased with the great price and quality of flooring. Ryan is very knowledgeable and passionate about the flooring, making the process a great experience overall! So we went back when we were ready to do the kitchen. We had looked at and priced flooring at two other retailers in the Indianapolis area. My last stop before making a decision was to be Floors To Your Home. Ryan greeted me at the door and offered his assistance immediately. The inventory on hand is almost unbelieveable. We had some many choices, it was hard to make a final decision. After a period of time, our desion was made. We had a rough measurement of the total square we required. Ryan offered a rough estimate of our cost, but recommeded three quality installers who all offered free accurate measurement and estimates. At that point we had made up our mind where we were purchasing the flooring, and contacted one of the installers on the way home, which happened to be a Saturday afternoon. The installer offered to measure on Sunday afternoon. He showed up on time, completed the measurement, and provided the estimate. Like most buyers, we were in a hurry to get our new flooring installed. He looked at his calendar and we settled on a date for the install. Within10 days, our flooring was installed. The quality of the install was the best I have ever seen. We are so proud of our new flooring. I have since been back to Floors To Your Home foranother small flooring purchase and received the same level of service as before. When we need flooring in the future, there will be only one place to go....Floors To Your Home.

It went very well. They followed up to make sure everything went well and they were very easy to work with. When he came he was on time to do the measurements, which I appreciated. We plan on using them again.

The rep that came out to provide the free in-home estimate was punctual and courteous. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into committing when he came out. I told him I needed to check with my wife before making a final decision, which was true, and he totally understood. He gave me the measurements to the room, told me how much carpet and padding I would need, and his estimate was actually a little more than what it ended up costing so I was pleased. When we went to the warehouse to make a final selection he was very good to work with and they were very flexible with holding the carpet for a week and just taking the name of whoever I was going to have pick it up. There were no fees or hidden charges. I do wish in retrospect that we had invested a little more for a higher-end carpet but that was our own choice so can't blame them for that. The carpet is good and has stood up to stains and the wear and tear of a toddler and a dog for the first few months. Paid 99 cents/sq foot for a nice-looking carpet that so far seems to be pretty good durability and look.

Excellent Price and Service. Delivery was prompt and the person performed the delivery was very curteous. The quality of product was very good for the price. I will definitely recommend them

We had the installers arraned through the store come promptly, they moved all the large furniture pieces themselves, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves very well.

I worked with them over a span of time. I picked the carpet and they had someone come in to install it. They are real accommodating in working around my schedule and the other construction constraints I was having at the time. I expected to pay so much more for the berber, wall to wall carpet. The installer was first rate.

We were kindly greeted as soon as we walked in the door and then Brian immediately came over to us to see how he could assist us. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs and then match us up with a flooring type that fit those needs. He never rushed us and walked the entire store with us so we never had to fetch him for questions (large location). It was such a smooth and simple process thanks to Brian and the other employees that assisted in loading the product. All our questions were answered and the pricing was already amazing to begin with plus we received our Angie's Discount. This type of service is such a nice treat compared to the big box Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards where you can never find assistance and then when you get it you find out they have no knowledge to answer any of your questions. The other awesome perk about this flooring company other than the great customer service, knowledge, and abundance of choices is the fact that everything was available in-stock with exact square footage of what was available on-hand on the sales floor. We were able to pull our car directly into the building where they loaded up our vehicle for us, priceless. The flooring turned our great and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I am also extremely impressed with how informative their website is on Angie's List with all the video's and pictures as well as their external website. This will be the only place I purchase flooring from now on.

I like everything about the company. They put the carpet in by the time requested, it looks great! They came in cheaper than other companies and installation was quick.

The quality of materials was good, the warehouse is no frills, which is probably why prices were so reasonable. Items were in stock so no waiting. Our salesman was professional and efficient. Floor To Your Home has been great.

It was a good experience overall. They were pretty responsive with working with us, and arranged a delivery to a custom location. The product was as advertised and was installed fairly easily.

When I went on their website, they had a chatbox, which I used. The employee that I chatted was so helpful; he really helped me pick out what I needed and answered all of my questions. I was a fan of their Facebook page as well, and had noticed that the price on their flooring had gone down. They offered to refund me the difference, which I thought was great! The follow up on when my flooring would be here was wonderful, and the entire experience was just great overall.
