Unfortunately [member name removed] has decided to leave out some of the important facts and tell only partial truths about others. Yes, our computer inventory system was incorrect and we were short material for her job. That is 100% our fault. We understand that can be very frustrating and we regret that mistake. However, in speaking with [member name removed] we agreed upon some further discounts that she said made her happy. First, we refunded an immediate $100 from her order (which was actually $2,484.99) after already giving her a 5% discount. Then when her installer ran short of material, our Salesperson purchased an additional carton of material AT HIS EXEPENSE because he felt so badly about not having the other inventory the first time. At that point in time, [member name removed] told me she was satisfied and now she writes that she was not. We are not sure what more could have been done to satisfy [member name removed]. Yes, the inventory issue was 100% our mistake, but because we buy material as large close-outs, we could not obtain more. The options at that point are to switch to another product or get a refund. We were flexible with [member name removed] and provided further discounts to make her happy. I spoke with [member name removed] again after she posted this review and she again assured me she was satisfied with both the product and the agreed upon outcome and that she would change her review to reflect that but she has not done so.
