He came out to our house. He had to postpone because of weather. He came out on a Saturday. Ty brought someone with him to help. They were here all day and did a beautiful job on the three cars. We scheduled another day for the fourth. He made our black 2002 Honda Civic look brand new. There were some minor scrapes on the car when we bough it. We knew he could fix them and sure enough he was able to do it. He is such a nice person.

The work was excellent. It was one of those 90 degree days and yet Ty was upbeat and worked hard for several hours to accomplish the task. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm; the service person was late but the company representative called to advise me that he was running late and both the company rep and the service person apologized for the delay and explained the circumstances behind the delay.

After reading the great reviews on this company, I hired them to detail two cars, a 1973 Triumph TR6 and a 1996 Explorer. They did an outstanding job on both vehicles. They have never been this clean since I have had them!

He was prompt, came to our house at 9:00 and was finished by 3:00. He called me several times(we were at zoo) to confirm actions taken. Very friendly, organized and I could not have wanted or expected a better job. Positively will use him again.

My husband decided to give me an auto detailing for Mother's Day. I have talked about having this done forever. He called a lot of places and was pleased with the way this company handled his questions. They called to let me know what time to expect them. The service was wonderful, friendly, and very professional. My car looked amazing! Don't put this off any longer! This is a great company and they are very proud of their work! He worked hard for 5 1/2 hours. Use this company! You won't be sorry!

My children had given me a gift certificate for my birthday and I called and made the appointment. Tiffany handled the booking and was very pleasant. Then on the day, Tyrone called and said he was coming, due to an accident on 465 he was held up, but called to let me know what was going on. When he came out to the house, he was very nice. He worked non-stop for about 4-1/2 hours and the car looks and feels like brand new.

It was a perfect experience. The job was great and the gentleman was so nice and informative. I would not use anyone else to detail my car.

Tyrone did an extremely good job. His assistant pointed out two paint areas (rear bumper and hood) which I need to discuss with the auto dealer (as the car was purchased new last Sept.) for possible re-painting. The assistance was a paint and body person. Both men took their time and did an excellent job on the detail. This the third time that I have used Tyrone. He is always very flexible about scheduling the detail to fit my busy schedule.

On time. Very cordial. Excellent work. Could not ask for more! Will use again!

Extremely pleased! Beginning with my first call to them, I was treated with the utmost professionalism by both Tiffany and Ty. They were responsive to my urgent needs and fit me in immediately, even coming to my place of employment to accommodate my schedule. Ty explained what could be done to rectify my situation, and he certainly accomplished his goal. I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

We were very pleased with the quality of the job. The car actually looks better than it did when it was brand new. The technician who did the work was delightful to work with, very professional and caring. He really wanted to do a good job and he did. I would highly recommend 1st Class Auto Detailing and will use them again in the future.

Ty and Tiffany are both extremely nice people and are great to get along with. Ty came to my house the day after my phone call to detail both cars. He did the best detailing job I have ever had done. This is the first time I have used his company and will continue to do so in the future. I have used a competitor for the last 14 years. Tty's work is far superior and he is a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

Two men showed up and stayed for approximately seven hours. They did an excellent job on the minivan and were very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the work they did and with the care they took, to do the job right.

Ty and Tiffany were great. We had purchased our van used, and wanted it to look new. When Ty was finished working with it, the car was spotless and looked brand new. Great work! We would use their services again.

Came out and cleaned and detailed the exterior of a small RV that was in very bad shape...did a WONDERFUL job and the RV looks fantastic! We are repeat customers and definitely will use again and recommend to all!

As with all of the other reviews, I cannot say enough about how much I loved working with Ty and Tiffany. They are the best!! Ty's work is impeccable to say the least. This car had never been waxed or detailed at all...only washed. We have thought about getting rid of it over the last couple of years so we did very little to its appearance. Now we can't get rid of it. It hasn't looked like this since it was new. Ty has got to be the most professional detailer there is. On top of that he is about the nicest guy you would ever want to meet. We will have them do our other cars now as well and hope to always stay in touch with them. Call them -- you will not be disappointed. Just talking with Tiffany will make you start to appreciate them.

I can not say enough about Ty. I absolutely agree with everything that has been said about him and his work. His work is fabulous, and he is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. He spent over 11 hours at our house cleaning our 2 vehicles. It is clear that he truly cares about the quality of his work. Our vehicles look fantatic. We will definitely use him again.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Ty is the best. He & Tiffany were quick to respond starting with my first call for the estimate to the finished product. My husband was totally stunned at how beautiful our boat looked after Ty worked feverishly for 2 full days on it! It looked showroom new! Very professional and very much aims to please the customer. He wanted to be completely assured we were satisfied before we paid. We were more than satisfied with this experience. Kudos for going above and beyond for us!

Tyrone and Tiffany, owners of First Class are delightful as they are professional. My phone calls were returned promptly the inside of my vehicle looks brand new and I would not hesitate to do business w/them again or refer them to anybody.

Unbelievable! There is no way I can fully express my delight with 1st Class in only 1000 characters. Everything from the engine to the ash tray looks newer that new! I've had black cars detailed before and have always ended up with some swirl marks or other imperfections. I thought that was just par for the course with black cars. But Ty managed to bring out a shine so deep it looks like glass -- and without a swirl, scratch, or smudge to be found anywhere. Ty (the owner and detailing expert) and his wife Tiffany (receptionist, secretary, and quality control agent extraordinaire) were two of the nicest people I've met. Their professionalism and pride in their work is second to none. I would recommend 1st Class Auto Detailing to anyone, any time, with any vehicle (they do boats, too) and on any budget. The slightly higher price Ty charges than other detailers is more than made up for by the fantastic work. I'll never use anyone else as long as Ty and Tiffany are around.

They did an excellant job. The gell coat hull looks better now than it did when new.

This is one the most professional companies I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Very friendly, prompt, reasonably priced, and extremely detail oriented. They take an almost unbelievable pride in the work that they perform, which in this day and age is extremely rare and I have to say very refreshing. I had 2 vehicles detailed inside and out, one of them is 21 years old and had some severe oxidization, it now could sit on a showroom floor. I was impressed with how much time they took to work on each vehicle, not once did I feel like they were rushing through the work. I'm so satisfied with this company that I'm having a 3rd vehicle done in two days, not to mention that they will also be doing 2 of my office colleague's vehicles in the coming weeks. I like to have my vehicle detailed twice a year, before and after winter and you can be sure that this is the company I will use. They have a customer for life.

Extremely polite and hard working. Did an amazing job revitalizing a long neglected car. I thought the price was too low for the 6 hours he spent on the car. Could not believe it was the same car when he was finished.
