He does excellent work. We have used him before, but he has to take the car all the way downtown.

It went great and I was so pleased with the entire experience. What a professional team! They are punctual, pleasant and honest. The interior of my car looks like new. Ty even found my diamond stud earring which I had given up hope of ever finding months ago. This is the real deal.

Tiffany was the singularly most responsive person I've worked with when getting a service like this. They returned calls promptly, did exactly what they said they would do, exceeded our expectations and charged the price that was quoted. The van was spotless - it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

They are a "Mom and Pop" outfit so took personal care and interest in my car. I dropped it off and they took me home, then delivered the car back to me without my having to take them back to the garage! They had cleaned it up beautifully! Not a speck on that engine either!! Was a beautiful job, and my "baby" sold from the great pictures in a day and a half! I would use them again!

Magical. I wish ratings went higher that A. I cannot properly communicate how they took a good looking car into a beautiful car. The work was on a 1970 convertible and I was completely blown away when I saw the results. Just the detailing probably added a couple grand if I was to sell it that day. One problem was the price. For the work done, it was WAY TOO LOW! I had to pay 40% more than he wanted just so I was comfortable that I did not rip HIM off. I am can now say that this one experience paid for my subscription to this list. If everyone else I would use ends up being a rip-off. I got my money's worth all ready with just this one experience. Go, Do like I did, go across town. Make the effort beyond the local guy. Your reward will make your hassles and time meaningless.

Ty is great to work with. He was able to get my car in quickly and even took me to work and then delivered my car when it was finished. The car hasn't looked like this since I drove it off the lot. He did a fabulous job.

I was treated very courteously on the phone and made an appointment to fit my schedule. I was quoted a price on the phone, which was the price I paid. They include an extra cost of $25 for pet hair. I picked up the car later the same day and was extremely pleased with the quality of the work.

I made an appointment by phone. Ti asked me a few questions and gave me the price without inspecting the car. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up over the date. I arrived that morning and had to call to call him because he thought the apopointment was for the next day. Fortunately, he came over within 10 minutes of my call, apologized profusely and got started. He called me a little early and said it was done. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that he was on the floor and had started working on a beautiful black LOTUS sports car. I was very pleased with my car and I could tell he was proud of his work.

They were great. They provided wonderful customer service. I dropped my car at their service center and then they took me to my place of employment. When they had finished working on my car, they came back and picked me up. The price that they charged was pretty standard too.

I found them on Angie's List. They had a great record on Angie's List and so we decided to go with them. They did a wonderful job and were great to work with. I couldn't say enough about them.

This firm's staff is extremely friendly and professional. The work is excellent and well worth the price. This is the second time that I have used 1st class for my cars.

The car was detailed on the prearranged day and was finished on time.

I had high expectations based on the reviews by other customers, and those expectations were met (and exceeded). The car looked better than when I drove it off the new car lot. The attention to detail was simply amazing. Every nook and cranny of the interior was clean and protected, with none of the oily residue you get from some off-the-shelf products. The exterior was immaculate, again the attention to detail was extraordinary. They even polished behind the gas cap! I would highly recommend 1st class, you won't be disappointed.

The arrange to come in a little early to accept our vehicle because I had another appointment that I needed to deal with. Called approximately 30 minutes before the vehicle was done to allow us appropriate travel time in order to pickup the car at the end of the day.

It went exactly as it should have. They take great pride in their work and it's obvious their number one goal is to be sure their customer is 100% satisfied. It was refreshing to get that kind of service.

It went great! Ty was punctual in returning my first call, and was able to fit me into his schedule to give me an estimate. Ty also arranged contacting someone who could repair the leather driver's seat and give me an estimate for that work as well which was very helpful to me so I didn't have to take the vehicle to a second place to obtain an estimate for the upholstery repair. Every conversation with Ty was fun and professional. He listened to my concerns about what I wanted done to the vehicle and he was extremely accomodating. The Navigator looks fantastic! I will certainly be taking our other vehicles back to 1st Class Auto Detailing!

Ty did an excellent job. The boat had a lot of oxidation on the jellcoat, and Ty made it look showroom new.

We each had to reschedule the appointment once due to unforeseen conflicts, but that was not a problem.

I was very pleased with the job done. I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased new. It had not been detailed the entire 4 years I've owned it. It looked brand new when I picked it up at the end of the day. Ty did a fantastic job. In addition, Ty and Tiffany are good, hard working and honest people. You can trust they will take care of you and your vehicle.

This was my first experience with auto detailing and I was very, very pleased. I was able to sell my car without advertising and could be proud of what I was selling. I do not think the price was too high considering it was extremely labor intensive and a fair price for the time used. This was my husband's car and the buyer was extremely pleased with the condition of the car. First Class Detailing met all my expectations and then some. I would gladly recommend their service.

Excellent! I have used this company in the past and was impressed with the attention to detail. Ty ALWAYS has a smile and he and Tiffiany are great to work with. They even picked my car up from work, did the detailing, and then reutrned to me.

Ty did an excellent job. When I came to pick up the car, he showed me exactly what he did and where he was limited by the age of the vehicle itself. His wife Tiffany handled the "customer service" portion of setting the appointment and taking care of the details. She is very positive yet humble, detail oriented and easy to chat with. I definitely recommend their work to others.

Ty and Tiffany were the most professional, upfront, honest people I've ever dealt with! I used Angie's list to find the best auto detailing business because I'd let my van literally go to pieces on the inside, and I didn't even know where to start in terms of cleaning it. In fact, I didn't know if anyone or any company would be able to do much at all with the interior, I'm ashamed to say. However, I wanted to try. 1st Class had an "A" rating on Angie's list, and the comments were just glowing, so I went with this company. From the very first phone call to seeing my "miracle" van, the process was so smooth and professional. I wanted a "show room" fresh start for my van, and what I received was even better ---the interior of my van looked as if it had just rolled off the assembly line with brand new parts! I was embarrassed to bring my van to 1st Class, but I was totally humbled to pick it up---and to see what true "customer satisfaction" really looks like in action. Wow.....Ty and Tiffany have managed---in this day and age of "get 'em in and get 'em out"---to establish and operate an extremely professional, "we want you back" business that is, indeed, a rarity in today's face-paced world. Praise the Lord that people this concerned about giving customers their money's worth still exist!! They've certainly gained another customer for life!

It could not have gone better. He is good to deal with, and does excellent work. It is the best detail job I have ever had. He is also very understanding. Some rain and snow storms came in after I dropped the car off. Not wanting to mess the car up before putting it up for the winter, I ended up leaving it in his garage for over a month, with no storage charge to pay! I will bring my other vehicles to him in the future.
