My wife spray-painted some wicker furniture in the garage. Unfortunately, she didn't think it was necessary to remove my (black) Jeep from the garage before painting. That resulted in a nice coat of brown overspray covering most of the vehicle, especially the front half. Fortunately, Ty and Tiffany are the rare breed of vendor who promise a lot and then deliver more. Ty (who may be one of the happiest people I've ever met) went over the vehicle twice with a clay bar, then waxed, polished and buffed the paint. He shined the wheels/tires and did a complete detailing of the interior. My Jeep looked better when I picked it up than it did on the day I first drove away from the dealership! This is the second vehicle that Ty has detailed for me. The first one was a 7-year old Jeep that I was passing on to my son. It looked brand new when Ty was finished with it (including the engine compartment). In my opinion, you can't find a better place to detail your car than 1st Class Auto Detailing!

Excellent and thorough job!! Due to high demand, I had to make the reservation about 2 weeks in advance-couldn't get an appointment any sooner. But the wait was well worth it.

I emailed Ty & Tiffany in advance to set up a date and time to stop by and have Ty give me an estimate on my Avalon. They responded quickly, I stopped by for the estimate and set up the date for the work to be completed. Dealing with Ty & Tiffany was a pleasure. The work that Ty did on my 13 year old car was amazing. The first thing that I noticed when I picked up my car was how deep the dark green color was--it jumped out at you. The engine compartment was spotless. The interior was showroom clean. Since I live about 20 minutes from his shop I requested and he provided drop-off and pick-up transportation for me. I estimate that Ty spend most of the day working on my car. Unlike many service agencies that provide a service just to make a living, Ty took personal pride in the work that he did and it showed in the quality. Ty knows what he's doing and will be up front with you on any issues that he can't resolve. I won't hesitate to return to his shop for future detailing--he's the best!

They are an excellent company. HE does all the work himself. He comes to your house to work on your car and he does a very good job. I think the prices are definitely reasonably. He does washing, waxing, and detailing. He's very friendly and personable and nice to have around. The car shines so nice when he's done.

We called several places for estimates and to find out timeliness for getting the work done, and cost estimates. First Class returned our call promptly, and we had a very informative discussion about the work. They were able to schedule us in a timely manner, did the work on time, and contacted us when the work was done so we could pick up the vehicle.

The car now looks virtually brand new. They took their time to explain their process. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they gave me time to look over the vehicle to make sure that it was up to my high expectations. 1st Class takes pride in their work and they have high expectations of themselves. They came highly recommended here on the list and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Very honest, detailed, and extremely customer friendly. I would definitely recommend using 1st Class for any detailing needs.

The interior of my SUV is cleaner now than when I bought it new from the dealership. Ty and Tiffany are very professional and personable!

They detailed our cars to nearly new appearance; exceptional. We will continue taking our cars to them. We will try the at-home detailing; however, the weather may prevent this service.

They are very professional about the job. They had the car done when they had said they would. It only took them a day to do the work for me on the car.

My washer was was broken so I drove my car to the laundromat to do some laundry. I had a big bottle of liquid detergent in the back of my car and the bottle tipped over and leaked throughout the back of my car. I took my vehicle to them and over a few processes the are helping got remove the detergent which is a tricky process. You can't just use water to remove because it would just foam up so it's taking a few treatments to get it all out. Their service is great they are doing the best to their ability to get this all fixed and back to normal.

I was impressed that he came to our home to do this service. I took a little over two hours of time. He did a very thorough job. We have children and he got out most every stain. We have his card and look forward to using the service again.

I could not believe what an excellent job was done by them. My car was nice looking before I got it there, but they totally floored me when they took me in the garage to see it. It was nicer than anything that I had seen on a showroom floor or any car show that I had been to. The interior work was also totally first rate. This is top, A+ quality work and I will definitely be doing business with them again over and over. Additionally, I have put out on my company's electronic bulletin board my recommendation for them as they are first rate and I would heartily recommend anyone wanting their car detailed to call Tiffany first.

It went great. They came to my house to complete the job. There were two who did a fine job. They gave me an estimate and it was right on. They were professional and courteous.

I responded to a discount offer. But I got the time wrong and showed up two hours early. They were away from the shop, but dropped whatever they were doing and came right over.

Excellent! We have lived a number of places (East/West Coast) and have had a number of details through the years. Frankly, these were the best details we have ever received (one car is Black). Communication excellent and flexibility of schedule as well.

I dealt with both Tiffanny and Ty and both were outstanding to work with as a customer. I can't say enough about them. They did a fantastic job on my car, better than I do when I do it myself and I am pretty picky. The car looked BETTER than new. Everything was shining. It was about to rain outside when I picked it up but I figured I had enough time to get it home and I did JUST get it home, but about a half hour later Ty called to make sure we (myself and the car) made it ok. You just don't get people that care that much anywhere else. I will give them my business again. Thank you both!

Tiffany and Ty were a pleasure to work with. Every effort was made to accommodate our schedules. Ty came to our house to detail the Civic. The only time it looked better is when it was brand new and we drove it home. Ty was very through in his work and the car looks great. The same goes for the 1999 CRV. Being 9 years old it had dirt and dust in places that were very hard to get to, but Ty did a great job in making it look "almost" new. He even removed a scuff mark on the passengers side door that I had been trying to remove for years. Both cars look great and we plan to have them detailed again before winter. I've used other details in the past, but nothing compares to the job Ty performed.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Tiffany worked us into their schedule the week before Christmas and prior to their two week vacation allowing us to get the Odyssey ready for sale and on the market immediately. Ty came to the house (this on-site service is great) and spent about four hours thoroughly cleaning the entire interior, including removing dirt from the carpet that I didn't think would ever come out and also removing two spots on one of the seats that had been there for years. He was great to work with and never stopped smiling. We were thrilled with the result, and as a side note, the car sold within two days. We will definitely use them again!

They were very timely, professional and enthusiastic and did an excellent job. Their price ended up being lower than they quoted me and they spent 6 hours on my car!

He just left, and the car looks awesome! My kids are total slobs, and I drive around a bunch of messy Girl Scouts all over the place. All of my cup holders were sticky, the car smelled like a stale gym bag, the carpets were disgusting. After spending 4 hours cleaning, the car, it looks like it just came out of the showroom. He was running late, but Tiffany called and told me he'd be a little late. He was a very nice, friendly guy, too!

I was very pleased with the quality of the job, and the service experience. Due to a cancellation Ty accommodated me the same week I called to schedule, and he spent nearly 6.5 hours detailing my 13-year old Acura I was planning to sell. He addressed both interior and exterior items on a list I left for him (at no additional cost), and was up front that a scratch on the hood + scratches on both the front and rear bumper could not be buffed out or repaired by him. The eventual purchaser of my vehicle was also amazed at the results and the attention to detail, and I will no doubt use this company again plus recommend to others. Along with the quality of the workmanship, I love the added convenience of his coming to my residence.

He did the entire car and it looked like brand new when he was done. His wife was very professional on the phone and he came to our home to do the detailing. He was most professional in every way. It was just a very good experience.
