Description of Work: Purchased coupon through angie s list for stinging bug control. Turned out did not have wasps but other bugs. Nice guy, provided the applicable service and discussed up selling. Sister thought that was expensive. And the bugs came back.

Description of Work: I needed a wasp nest removed from my garage area and gutters checked for bees. I came home from work and the nest was gone. My husband and I both work and are care-givers and not needing to be home for the work to be done was such a plus for us. Darnell contacted me to notify me of the service time frame and the service was performed in a timely manner. We can now use the garage entrance safely. I would recommend this provider to anyone needing this service. Having a professional provider gives peace of mind and my husband is not up on a ladder with wasps.

Description of Work: We had an issue with wasps inside our house in early spring. The wasp nests were discovered, cleaned out, fogged out, and we no longer have this problem. What a relief! He also sprayed around the perimeter of the house, which will help prevent any further stinging insect infestations.

Description of Work: Called because of an ant issue in the house. Had not used Fikes previously. Tech spent considerable time in the kitchen where the ant problem was both diagnosing where they were coming from and putting down a gel ant bait in the ineffective traps we were using. Within minutes, the ants were having a party eating the poisoned ant food and within 8 hours the ant activity had declined to a minimum. Sprayed inside and outside the house, dropped dry ant bait around the outside of the house. Charge was $145 which seemed a bit high but the service was great and he did spend a buncha time on the ants. Pitched me on a 3-visit "service plan" for $105/visit. I declined.

Description of Work: We purchased a specially priced package from Angie's List. Fikes quickly set-up the appointment. Set traps, help us determine entry points for the mice. Gave us helpful hints. Over all as pleasant an experience as can be expected when trying to get rid of mice.
