Fikes Pest Control

I had 6 raccoons living under my deck and Fikes Pest Control came out ASAP and trapped them all over several days. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

Eddie was great! He was very professional and thorough. He came back multiple times to add bait stations, block entry points and seal the garage. We have not seen any evidence of mice since! We highly recommend hiring Fikes!

I heartily recommend Fike’s! I have a pretty amazing story to tell. Their work is fantastic and the technician was friendly and informative, happy to take his time to talk about his work and answer questions. The Pretty Amazing Story: I had a nasty ant problem in my kitchen. The ants disappeared about a week after treatment, but came back a few weeks after that. I called to tell Fike’s about the problem. I heard from the tech within half an hour...and he returned to retreat two hours later! I've had great customer service in the past, but nothing like this. Fike’s is a local family-owned company. I would hire them again without even bothering to shop around. Their prices are very competitive, but it would be well worth the money even if they charged a little more. I don’t think I’ll need them for quite awhile. :D Thanks, Fike’s!

Called that morning and scheduled a technician for later that same day. I liked that Stephanie gave me an estimate of what the cost could be and she explained to me what would happen once the application was put down. Eddie arrived and did a walk around of the property and then asked me where I had seen the insects. He explained what he would do and honestly answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend and use Fikes again.

Eddie came out promptly and set the bait stations. Within a day I did not hear any more scratching in the walls.

I found Fikes through Angie's List. They called me shortly after I submitted the quote request, and came out two days later. Darrell quickly evaluated the bee situation and immediately started dusting them. He offered to come back out to remove the hive, which I did not take him up on, as I did it myself. Work was good though, and communication was easy.

It went fine. Dave was very professional.

They did an excellent job, they are prompt and they have a reasonable cost.

Responded immediately and provided mole treatment. Came back with rodent boxes and bait after other company was double the cost and sub contracted the work. Approx $200 for all services.

they did very little. It was a rental property they didn't send me bill, then sent a nasty mail 2 months later, maybe just worded poorly ,

The wasps nest was gone after 1 treatment.

After they did the work, they were suppose to come back after a month or so and do the second application on the work they did; they never came. They never did any follow up. Contact them if really ,really necessary otherwise avoid them. If you have no choice, contact them, otherwise avoid them if you can.

It was fine. Honestly it's hard to say, they just came and did the stuff. It's outside pest control, so it's not like I saw them doing it, but it worked so I guess that's the best thing. It worked.

They were good, they did the job, I have no complaints.

Carpenter ants were taking over my backyard studio. Fikes found the entry points and treated the space. The ants have been gone ever since!

Called them. Talked to whoever answered phone. They said someone would call me back. No one ever called. Used different company.

It took a few visits as the ants were tough. Every visit they left behind items for me to use in the house to bait and exterminate as well if they came back.

Tech was friendly. Worked quickly. Resolved issue. Dave is the best

Sweet...No problems at time of service and no problems since. Done at daughter's home not my residence.
