Description of Work: I had an a ant problem and Eddie (service technician) came out and explained, treated and managed to eradicate my ants. He found and colonies trying to enter the house. I highly recommend Fikes Pest Control.

Description of Work: We had an active wasp population high up in the siding near the roof, that made it impossible to be out on our deck. Darnell was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. He sprayed the entire house under the eaves. He said to call if we saw activity after 5 days, but we haven't see any wasps since the day after he treated the house! Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Eddie sprayed the inside and outside of our home. He was punctual and did not do a hard upscale. He simply explained the benefits of the extended service package. I really appreciated it. I had the opportunity to speak to Stephanie I the office and she was very kind and followed through with what she promised in a very timely manner. Would certainly use again.

Description of Work: Wasps came in through our siding and made a nest in our bay window ceiling in our dining room. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were there Saturday morning. Technician was very nice and took care of the problem! I have recommended them to several friends and would use them again.

Thank you for your constructive criticism...but we think everyone should be aware of this $99 BIG DEAL you purchased one YEAR ago. The offer was very clear...it only cost AL members $99 for a full home inspection to find potential rodent entry points by our technician. Then, we would install rodent baiting stations in areas of your home to eliminate any existing activity. Finally, we would offer advice on rodent-proofing your home. Good golly, we even offered a 30-day refund (which you chose not to exercise). So when you never called back to tell us you still had mice...so we can only assume our process worked! Thank you for your business and good luck this winter finding someone to do this same kind of work for less than $100 bucks.
