Within 2-3 weeks my bed bug problem was eliminated. Nathan was very professional and answered all my questions. He reassured me that the problem would be eliminated within 2 weeks as long as I followed his instructions after his first application and he was right. I will defineately use them again and will recommend to family and friends.

I first spoke with Craig and discussed the plan and needs for my home pest control issues. He immediately gave me a quote and I also elected to go with a service plan as well. He was very fast to return my calls and even scheduled my first appointment within a couple days of our first talk. On the day of the appointment, a technician by the name of Lee came to my home. Lee was one of the most polite and thorough techs I have ever had in my home. He did an outstanding job with making sure everything was addressed for both spiders and ants. He also did an outstanding job at explaining what he had done, and what to expect over the next couple of weeks/months. This was a great ex[experience and I will certainly use Fikes for all future pest control matters.

I received 3 quotes for a service contract, and Fike's was the lowest. Craig called me back promptly the same day I requested a quote. He gave me options, and was friendly and professional. He worked around my schedule, and within 2 days of my call, a technician was here to perform the first service. Lee was thorough, professional, and prompt. He worked with me and my pets. I'm quite pleased with Fike's.

We thought we had bed bugs in the house, so called Fikes as well as one other exterminator, sending pictures. Both informed us that it was not bed bugs we were dealing with, but Fikes beat out the other by correctly identifying the bug we were seeing and did it very speedily. We ended up not taking them up on their extermination offer since there were only a few in the house and they turned out to be a type of beetle that generally leaves on its own in a few days anyway, but I was impressed by how quickly they got back to me and the accuracy of their identification from the emailed photos. The other exterminator (which I contacted first) incorrectly identified the beetle and warned us to throw out all our pillows (which we did!), thinking it was a type of beetle that laid eggs in them. Anyway, I was very appreciative of Fikes identification and will definitely call them back if I have a future service need.

Purchased a year contract for services every 3-4 months as needed. Very friendly and customer oriented! I have called in between scheduled treatments when bugs have been found. They have come to spray within 2 days! Highly recommend them!

I pay about $120 for three treatments. The experience has been good and we have been very happy with them. I will use them again in the future.

The previous Saturday night I sat down at my kitchen table and there were ants all over the chair. And the table-and the floor. I looked up and there were thousands of tiny black ants crawling all over the ceiling vent. I immediately went to Angie's List and started calling pest control agencies.No one called me back until Monday, and only 2 of the 10 or so places I called returned my call at all. One place said they could give me an estimate later in the week. NO! Fike's said they could come the next day and take care of the problem. YES!Craig himself called me and offered to come out the next day and offered the $225 Angie's List deal to spray 3 times for ants, spiders, silverfish, etc. He did the work himself and I am so pleased. There is no residual smell and I have seen no ants since.

They arrived when promised and came back immediately to finish off the pesky critters.

Fantastic service and very reasonably price. They worked around my family's busy schedule to make sure that we received the best treatment for our pests. I highly recommend them to anyone. We have seen no bugs or spiders or anything since they came to the house for the first treatment.

They have managed to keep the bugs away, and I have been happy with them. I think I paid $250 for three visits. I have a schedule set up with them; they are supposed to come back again in the spring.

They were really good. We spent $225 in total for all three treatments and they have only done the first one. They were pretty flexible as far as scheduling a time to come in. When the exterminator came in he knew a lot about the chemicals he was using and was exterminating to us because we have pets. He was quick and friendly.

Our dogs picked up fleas at the kennel and brought them home with them. I tried to get rid of them myself by washing things and vacuuming but it was not effective. I was very concerned about using any sort of chemical with two small children int he house and Craig was very patient with me and answered all of my questions so I felt comfortable. They were able to completely fix the problem in two treatments. Norm performed the service and was great at addressing any concerns I had along the way.
