Description of Work: I didn't have the work done; I inadvertently purchased the BD for a service call without realizing the buyers of my home wanted the furnace to be checked out by a Lennox certified HVAC service provider. Family Heating was prompt in answering my calls and setting up the original appointment though, and I would have used them if not for the pickiness of the buyers of my home.

Hello, I am the owner of Family Htg. & A/C. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. I was shocked to see this report. I personally answer 95% of our in coming calls. I also revew and check all emails at least twice a day. I have never heard of this person. It seems very unfair that anyone could randomly pick a company and write a review like this. Excellent and prompt service.
Description of Work: The technician, Marcus, met me at my condo rental which was without heat. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective ignitor and replaced it.
