Factory Direct surpassed my expectations with their excellent pricing, exemplary customer service, and the fantastic work they put in on making my new windows look impressively lovely.

I can say many great things about what Factory Direct has done for me as a customer seeking new windows, but I will keep it short and straightforward. Factory Direct has proven to my wife and me that they are the right company for the job. As an Indiana Senior Citizen, I am proud to say I appreciate a professional company like Factory Direct installing my windows properly and not take advantage of us. Thank you, Factory Direct, for being a trustworthy company that we can count on.

I was very impressed with the results of my new windows thanks to Factory Direct! I give Factory Direct kudos for not pressuring me to make a fast decision on going with them instead of going with the other window companies. Alternatively, Factory Direct encouraged me to wait before I made a decision on what window company I wanted to go with; that way I could discuss it with my wife. They even reassured me that there is no rush on making the decision by a specific date. When I made the decision on going with Factory Direct, they made sure to make an appointment to move forward that was respectively at a time when I was off work. Factory Direct took the time I needed for them to show me the specific type of window I wanted that would make my house look wonderful. More importantly, how much money I would save going with Factory Direct’s pricing than the other window companies. The installers made sure I was comfortable with the particular windows I chose and extremely well-experienced, given the reason that I can see the huge difference of my new windows compared to my old windows before replaced by Factory Direct!

I was shocked that Factory Direct was able to beat all four quotes by 28%. They gave me the same window, same options, and ratings. I was able to save over 5,000.00 in total. I wasn't sure how good the installation would be until they showed up to install our new windows. I watched the videos online and the installers did a nice job. We got one of the head installers, Mike, and his work was very detailed. He was very meticulous, and the crew had everything down to a science when taking out one window and putting in the next. By far one of the best decisions that I have made since living in Carmel, IN.

We replaced 29 windows in our home with Factory Direct of Indianapolis. It was a 3-day project to install all of our windows. We had a lovely experience from beginning to end. I'm pleased with the quality and installation of our custom-made windows.

Factory Direct was the 3rd window company of 5 local companies to give us a quote. Of all 5 companies, they were the only ones that did not use the hard selling approach. I stated to each company before they began their presentation that I would not be making an immediate decision that day and that I would need time. I said this in hopes of avoiding any pressure to buy tactics. Unfortunately, every single window company, except Factory Direct, tried too hard for the sale. Some said they couldn't hold the pricing, some bad-mouthed the window company I was having come out the following day, some brought the price lower after 2 hours in my house, etc. However, Factory Direct didn't do any of this and it was a breath of fresh air. They did their presentation and suggested that I take time to do my due diligence. They stated they weren't going anywhere, the price would be good for the next 30 days, and that they would be happy to get things going when I was ready. This made me feel comfortable and confident in everything they said they would do regarding my window project. I did see two more companies after Factory Direct and it was more of the same. Instead of being annoyed or bothered, or more time wasted, it just solidified the fact that Factory Direct was the right company to trust. I called them back nearly 2 and half weeks after my initial appointment and they were able to move forward with everything right away. Another huge difference between them and the other companies were the quotes that were given. Factory Direct's quote was very clean and professional, with everything listed and very easy to understand. One company literally scribbled the amount of windows, the color, and the price on the back of their business card. My windows were installed two days ago and we are extremely happy with the windows. They look fantastic. Factory Direct has been professional and great to work with from the beginning. Their initial consultation, their quote, the entire install process, and their communication in between have been flawless.

At want very good from the beginning to the end I expressionlessly alight when the installers came in said if I have any questions on what or why they are doing something to please ask the installers were very nice. From the beginning of just working at windows in getting "factory direct was spot on.

We contacted Factory Direct in June, along with three of their competitors. The estimate that we received from Factory Direct was very favorable regarding price. I also wanted to compare a few windows that we seen from other companies since Factory Direct had over 25 manufactures that they carry. They were willing to bring out a few windows to compare them side by side to make my final decision. They were also willing to beat any of our quotes by 10% to 60%. The most important piece to me was installation. Factory Direct explained how the windows would be installed and gave us information on their master window installers. That was a big reason I went with Factory Direct. They also had videos of their actual installers installing windows for anyone to view on their website and pictures of homes that they installed windows in. To my amazement Mike the head installer showed up to measure our windows and installed our windows from the beginning to end in one day, in July. Our windows turned out very nicely. I've noticed increased energy efficiency, sound reduction, and several of my neighbors commented on how beautiful our windows look. I'm very pleased with our new windows.

As a doctor in the Carmel, IN area, I always get three estimates before I choose a company to conduct business. I was intrigued by Factory Direct’s willingness to beat any quote by 10 to 60%. I was also interested in the fact that they carried over 25 window manufacturing companies. After I received three quotes, I had a representative from Factory Direct come out to my home. They completed measurements, pictures, and an estimate. At that point, I gave them the three quotes and asked them to beat them with the same window and options. To my surprise, they beat them all by over 25%! We had our windows installed in May, and we like them very much. The new windows have made quite the improvement. I found Factory Direct and their representatives to be honest and straight forward. I also liked the fact that they didn't try to pressure me into purchasing windows. Our experience with Factory Direct was fantastic! The team was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on what kind of windows were appropriate for our house and even what kind of upgrades we could live without. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Even when we had a hiccup with the financing, they helped us figure out what to do. We had them do the first half of our windows a little over a year ago and just had them back this year for the rest of the windows. Wouldn’t go with anyone else!

12 windows were replaced and I feel they are high-quality at a very fair price. The office and sales staff at Factory Direct communicated with me constantly in order to keep me informed. The installation crew showed up on time, was very polite, and completed a very professional looking job. From my experience with Factory Direct, I would highly recommend them.

From the quote to final installation, everything went great. Nicole was super helpful and stayed in touch along the way. Mike did an excellent job of installation. We are very happy with the work Factory Direct did and there were no surprises. We absolutely love our new windows!

I highly recommend Factory Direct. Their customer service was outstanding. The people here make the difference. They came out to the house to discuss the options. I couldn't be there so my contractor met with them. They showed up on time and were professional. They followed up to make sure I understood the options since I was not there. They pay attention to the details and it shows, plus their experience was evident. On install day, their professionalism and customer service were on point. They showed up on time, were respectful, answered questions, installed the windows and they looked great. PLUS they cleaned up after themselves. Keep in mind that this was all happening during the beginning of the Covid crisis. When a company can run like this during a major crisis you know they will take good care of you everyday. Had all of my house windows replaced by Factory Direct. Love my windows! So easy to work, clean, and kept the house warm this winter. Worked with Nathan Brown on getting the windows and he was such a joy to work with. Nathan even stopped over during the installation to check on the project. The crew that replaced my windows were excellent and very pleasant to be around. They were always there when they said they would be there and cleaned up after. We needed several windows replaced due to seal failure of some very cheap builder grade type windows in our home. Installation went off without a hitch. Rain did delayed our installation by a day but Factory Direct and their team were quick to communicate with us and all went well. I am pleased to write this review as I hope it will help others who are looking for a solid window replacement company.

I saw the Factory Direct advertisement stating they would beat any written quote. I was surprised at how simple it was to submit my competitive quote online through their website and how quickly they got back to me. I saved over $1,100 dollars for the same exact window the other company quoted. The other company’s lead time to install was 8-12 weeks and FactoryDirect's lead time was 5-6. Saving money and better lead time, it was a no brainer.

All and all everything went good. Guy who came out was informative and didn’t try any high pressured sales tactics on me. I appreciated the straightforward pricing and his honest opinions regarding the different options. I’d recommend based on these interactions.

Although price was a factor, it was not the main factor. It was more important to me to find a high quality window that would be perfectly installed. Factory Direct had the best reviews and I received positive feedback from two people that had used them before. I still had a few other companies come out and they immediately tried to dismiss FactoryDirect and talked about them having “cheap windows”. I didn’t say much but thought it was funny because FactoryDirect showed me several different windows and some were the EXACT ones the other companies were touting as superior. I went with FactoryDirect because they were professional. They spent their time educating me rather than “bad mouthing” the competition. My windows were installed in exactly 4 weeks and they look stunning. I am very pleased with everything.

There was a bit of a wait time when it came to scheduling our first appointment (roughly 2 weeks) but considering I had three other companies coming out during this time, it worked out fine. Our consultant was James and he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the installation process with ease. Factory Direct beat my lowest quote by 10% which saved me $450. Comparing the price from the next quote the savings was more than 2K. Quality and customer service was NOT sacrificed despite the lower cost - which was something I worried about. James continued to be helpful after the sale and the administration girl that scheduled our installation was friendly and communicative during the weeks we waited. Our installation took place this past week and they look fantastic. I feel as though my home has had a complete facelift!

After getting two quotes from other companies on a window installation that were more expensive than expected, I saw Factory Direct's billboard for ANY window installed for $249, so I called them. I got an appointment for 3 weeks out (their earliest available). On the day of our appointment for an estimate, no one showed up. After an hour (the appt confirmation said it would be a one-hour window, so I gave them that), I called. It turns out they do not do single window projects. That's fine, I get it. What bothered me is that I did not get any communication that our appointment got cancelled. When I spoke to someone, they said they tried to call, then sent an email. They did not leave a voicemail on my phone. I do not answer unknown calls in this era of robo-calls. If it important, they can and should leave a message. I did not get the cancellation email, but i had gotten the original confirmation email. So my husband was at home waiting for over an hour and no one ever got in touch with us. Even a scheduler who may know nothing about the business should know that their company does not do projects of one window and this whole thing could have been avoided. I am giving them a D instead of an F because they were kind and apologetic when I called.
