We wanted to replace all the windows on the front of our home and received detailed quotes from 3 companies. Factory Direct gave us the best offer. They kept us informed on the progress of our order. throughout. Brett, our friendly and courteous installer, worked incredibly hard to complete the installation in a professional and timely manner over two days. Clean up was excellent. The office followed up to provide additional care and maintenance advice, and to ensure that everything had been completed to our satisfaction. The windows look great and appear to be very good quality.

Nest estimate was received from three companies And factory direct was picked. Not only were the prices better, they seem very friendly and professional when they came out to the home. The job was completed in one day and very neat. Before the final payment was made that day, they explained how the Windows worked and asked if I had any questions. This was approximately two months ago and the windows are wonderful! They were a great company to work with!

Setting up the project was easy, and Nathan was pleasant and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of selecting windows, doors, etc. The installers were friendly and professional. They worked the whole time they were here and even returned in the evening to finish some framing work.

Everything went exactly as stated. From the initial quote, on-site visit, sales process, scheduling, and installation, the team was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous. We needed to replace our windows and received a few quotes before calling Factory Direct. I could tell a difference from the beginning. The sales call was non-pressure, honest, and even talking us out of features we didn't need (such as triple pane). All this without all the pricing games. Nathan brought in a window and went through all the features - things I didn't even know were part of a window! They were half the price of the other's "sale prices" for windows with a lifetime warranty which are transferrable to the next owner. They are like we have a great window at a great price which beats the competition with a lifetime warranty. Let us know if you want to continue. If not, no big deal. The installers were amazing. You could tell they had been doing this their whole life. They answered any questions I had and worked into the evening to make sure everything was complete and perfect before they left on the last day. Two months after installation, I still feel the same. With the different weather events we've had, I don't feel any drafts and I don't feel heat streaming in the western windows. They are easy to open and clean. If I was doing this all over again, I would call Factory Direct first and not even bother with the others.

From first call of inquiry to the last call of "how was your experience?" the service was outstanding. The price was as described and fair. My initial inspector Nathan, informative and personable. He assured me we would have the best team available for my complete window replacement. Our installer Bill has been installing windows over 30 years. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier with my experience with the whole project.

We had used Factory Direct to replace other windows and were very satisfied so of course I called them to quote another project. I had been lead to believe I needed to replace my large entry way window by another company; however, when Nathan came to perform his assessment and give a quote he advised me that my window did not need to be replaced. I was shocked by his honesty as he could have told me repairs were needed as he knew my husband and I were prepared to sign a contract. Nathan went above and beyond to assist us with the project at hand as well as other questions and concerns about existing windows. We will certainly call him in the future for any window needs and I highly recommend he and their company. Nathan is honest, hard working , a great communicator, and a person of integrity. Yes, the job was of my high satisfaction. The installer ensured that I, as a deaf person, be notified of the procedures done during the process. The windows were, and sill are, so beautiful. Also, the patio door installation went remarkably well and I was so pleased with the service.

We are second time customers with Factory Direct Windows and so happy with our decision to call them again! We had a great experience when they replaced our windows at our previous home, which was almost 100 years old and had very old poorly-functioning windows. They did a great job working around the aluminum siding and some of the windows we had restructured. The most recent job we had done was on our newer home, which is about 30 years old. These windows had nailing flanges, which were more complicated to remove, but they did a great job and it looks afterwards. The crew was amazing! Mike, Tim, and Bill were super friendly and professional. After chatting with them, we learned they have been doing the job for 30-40+ years, and you could tell based on the quality of the end results. Highly recommend for anyone whether you need windows replaced at an old historic house or a brand new house.
