We can definitely tell the difference with the new energy-efficient windows installed a few days ago. I thought my furnace was broken last night when I went to bed. Usually, I fall asleep listening to the furnace kicking on and off. Not anymore, these windows help conserve heat which keeps our furnace from running so much.

My wife and I needed to purchase new windows that were up to date and prepare for the winter. We were worried that buying windows would be overly expensive based on the several window companies that gave us their price for the new windows. Anyhow, after searching for quite some time, we found Factory Direct. They made sure to schedule an appointment at a convenient time when my wife and I were not busy. They gave us an estimate of the final cost, and we were surprised that we saved $3940.50 compared to the other companies that came out. We were so blessed to have saved the money we saved. They had one of their best installers, named Mike, that came out with his crew and installed the windows thoroughly and professionally. We are so glad that we found Factory Direct and saved money on the purchase.

One of the representatives from Factory Direct, Tony was on time, and very knowledgeable about all the window models of every manufacturer. Tony listened to our needs, and provided us clarification on the type of window we wanted. We were comfortable buying our windows from Factory Direct. We saved money on going with Factory Direct for the same windows of other window companies. They took care of us throughout the process of getting our windows. The installers also did a great job installing the windows.

We had 19 windows installed by Factory Direct. The pricing was 30% lower than all the other estimates from other window companies for the same windows and options. The installers did a great job on installing the windows. The attention to detail and the time they took to make sure everything was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We are delighted to have new windows, and we are ready for this winter.

They did a very good job, except that they were a little careless, they got glue on the floor and stained my garage. They were also very honest and nice people. always on time.

After struggling for weeks trying to find a window company that had affordable pricing, and a great crew of installers that knew everything about installing windows, we discovered Factory Direct. Factory Direct beat our quote by 30%! The pricing was the best I could find, and the quality of the windows are two grades above all our other window quotes that we received. I would not recommend Factory Direct for window replacement. I scheduled a time for them to quote having 11 windows replaced in my home. The salesman showed up with only 1 window to show me, the 8000 series. He measured my windows and kept saying how "amazed" I will be to see the low quoted price. He then used an unprofessional tactic of calling his sales manager to get me a "special deep discount" which seemed completely rehearsed and probably used on everyone. I wasn't amazed or surprised since I had used their on-line system to get an approximate cost of my job and could see through their ruse. The salesman also seemed surprised that I had the specs on the windows he was quoting and he asked where I had gotten them. The info is on their website and he didn't seem to realize that. They advertise beating any competitor quote by 10%. When I asked that they quote the same window I had quoted from another company, they said they could, but that was an inferior window and they would not warranty it. I would have to sign-off that they were responsible for the warranty of that window. All this left me with a very uncomfortable feeling, so I went with another company, had my new windows installed and I'm very happy to have not chosen Factory Direct. No sleazy sales tactics for me!

When I first moved into my house, the original windows were old but looked like they could last about a year at the most until they needed to be replaced. Less than three months after moving into the house, the original windows were letting cold air in the home during the wintertime and even allowed water infiltration in the house during the springtime. I had several window companies come to my house trying to sell me on windows that had class-action lawsuits that I found from researching them, they were unquestionably expensive, and they did not have any lifetime warranty on them. The other window companies even made me feel uncomfortable and tried rushing me to make a fast decision. That all changed after seeing Factory Direct. Factory direct came out to my home and analyzed my old windows. They gave me a great selection of windows I could choose from that had a guaranteed lifetime warranty, glass breakage warranty, and a warranty on materials and installation. These particular windows did not have any class action lawsuits on them, and the prices were down-to-earth compared to the other window company’s high prices of 800 to 900 per window. Factory Direct helped me save a lot of money on my newly purchased windows with better quality and better ratings for only 529 per window. Factory Direct also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of purchasing my new windows. They did not pressure me to make a fast decision on going with them like all the other window companies that came to my house. Factory Direct was very nice and had excellent customer service. After Factory Direct installed my new windows, I was thrilled with them! Thank you so much, Factory Direct, for my new windows!

I was very impressed with the results of my new windows thanks to Factory Direct! I give Factory Direct kudos for not pressuring me to make a fast decision on going with them instead of going with the other window companies. Alternatively, Factory Direct encouraged me to wait before I made a decision on what window company I wanted to go with; that way I could discuss it with my wife. They even reassured me that there is no rush on making the decision by a specific date. When I made the decision on going with Factory Direct, they made sure to make an appointment to move forward that was respectively at a time when I was off work. I wasn't sure how good the installation would be until they showed up to install our new windows. I watched the videos online and the installers did a nice job. We got one of the head installers, Mike, and his work was very detailed. He was very meticulous, and the crew had everything down to a science when taking out one window and putting in the next. By far one of the best decisions that I have made since living in Carmel, IN.
